Larchbay offloads historic Farnham hotel for £12m

LQ Resorts acquires Parkway Hotel and Spa

ECE acquires two UK extended-stay hotels amid regional expansion

LondonMetric buys nine Premier Inn hotels

Emerson Hospitality redeveloping Hudson Valley estate into 70-room hotel
