🏨 King's Cross Group acquired the leasehold interest of the Kaya Great Northern Hotel in central London for £20 million. The hotel, purchased by Kaya Holding in 2024 from Intriva Capital Advisors, features 88 rooms, three F&B venues, and four event spaces. 📈 Accor and Shoreline Group signed a Letter of Intent at the Africa Forward Summit 2026 in Nairobi to build Nigeria's first national hotel platform. Shoreline will invest $300 million to develop 10 hotels across eight cities, totaling over 1,200 rooms by 2030. This partnership will create about 1,000 jobs and includes a hospitality training academy.
