🏨 The Boars Head and Birchwood House in North Yorkshire are for sale at £1.95 million. This 23-bedroom hotel, part of the Ripley Castle Estate, includes two Grade II listed buildings, a 54-cover restaurant, a bar, and a beer garden. The estate, owned by the Ingilby family since the 14th Century, is being sold as they retire. Located off the A61, it offers access to Harrogate and Ripon, presenting a unique investment opportunity.

This downtown Nashville hotel combines AC Nashville Downtown, Residence Inn, and SpringHill Suites, featuring 209, 172, and 125 rooms, respectively. Opened in January 2019, it includes six dining outlets, meeting spaces, and a pool deck. Located near Music City Center, which generated $4.4 billion in economic impact since 2013, the hotel underwent a $13 million expansion in January 2025, adding 36 rooms.

🏠 Laurel Real Estate Co. arranged the sale of the Red Roof Inn Clyde in Clyde, Ohio, with multiple competitive bids. The seller was restructuring a portfolio. A local owner-operator, familiar with northern Ohio, acquired the property. Financing was arranged by Dan Uhl of Peachtree Group. 💰 Parvus Asset Management increased its stake in Accor to 11.97% of capital and 10.23% of voting rights as of this week. Previously, it held 10.8% on December 31 last year. London climbed to second place, boasting the highest ADR at £194 and 81.2% occupancy. Key investments in 2025 included London's £245m Ministry of Justice acquisition and Edinburgh's W Hotel sale for over £100m. Edinburgh's development pipeline represents 9.5% of room supply. The 2026 index ranked Oxford, York, and Glasgow among the top 10 cities.
