CoStar: U.S. Hotel Industry Reports Lower Yearly Performance Comparisons

Tampa experienced the highest occupancy increase among the Top 25 Markets, up 13.2% to 69.0%, and highest RevPAR boost, rising 22.6% to $106.16. Oahu led ADR gains by 12.8%, reaching $286.39, while Las Vegas faced the sharpest RevPAR fall of 56.0%, down to $86.03.
