SEATTLE, 18 March 2025 – Reside, a global leader in residential hospitality management, is proud to announce that The Beekman Tower, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, and Broadway Plaza, Trademark Collection by Wyndham have been recognized in the 2024 “Best of” Wyndham Hotels Award.

It marks the third year in a row that the properties have received the prestigious accolades, underscoring their exceptional quality, guest experience and commitment to hospitality.

Each year, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts evaluates an elite group of hotels across key criteria, including hotel quality, guest satisfaction and Wyndham Rewards compliance.

The “Best of” Wyndham Hotels award recognizes properties that consistently go above and beyond in delivering outstanding service, and both The Beekman Tower and Broadway Plaza have continued to set the standard.

Part of Reside’s global portfolio, the properties are known for their unique charm, high-quality service and prime locations. In New York City, The Beekman Tower offers 170 rooms in a historic 1920s Art Deco skyscraper, featuring a rooftop lounge with panoramic city views and fully furnished extended-stay suites.

Broadway Plaza, a 145-room upscale extended-stay property in Rochester, Minnesota, offers spacious multi-bedroom apartments in the city’s tallest building. Connected to the Mayo Clinic via the downtown skyway system, it provides guests direct access to the clinic as well as premier dining and shopping without stepping outside.

Wyndham’s recognition reinforces Reside’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional stays for travelers seeking comfort, convenience and top quality service.

It comes after the launch of a new alliance between Reside and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in October last year. The 10-year development relationship will expand on Wyndham’s extended-stay offering with upscale, residence-style accommodations in top US urban destinations under the ‘Reside, a Wyndham Residence’ brand.

Lee Curtis, CEO of Reside, said: “Winning this award three years in a row proves that The Beekman Tower and Broadway Plaza don’t just meet expectations, they consistently set the gold standard for hospitality. Our teams go beyond great service to create experiences that keep guests coming back. As we expand our groundbreaking partnership with Wyndham, we’re doubling down on our commitment to redefining extended-stay living with unmatched quality and care.”

Heriberto Rodriguez, General Manager of The Beekman Tower, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, said: “Our team takes great pride in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Being recognized for a third year in a row is a reflection of our dedication to excellence and the hard work of every member of our team. We continuously strive to set the standard for excellence in hospitality, ensuring every guest feels at home while enjoying the best that New York City has to offer. It is an honor to receive this distinction from Wyndham.”

Scott Eggert, General Manager of Broadway Plaza, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, said: “The recognition from Wyndham reflects the passion, dedication and hard work of our team, who consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests receive outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. It’s a well-earned acknowledgment of their daily efforts to exceed expectations and deliver a top-tier experience.”
