Melbourne, February 05, 2026 – RMS, a leading global hospitality platform for hotels, motels, serviced apartments, short-term rentals and campgrounds, has announced key leadership appointments as the business continues to scale globally.

RMS has appointed Nathan Reynolds as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). A seasoned SaaS growth leader, Nathan has scaled global revenue teams across multiple regions and complex markets. He most recently served as CRO at MYOB Enterprise, leading the customer-facing organisation, and previous to that was the Managing Director at RL Datix in ANZ, the UK and the Middle East, integrating multiple acquisitions.

RMS has also welcomed Louise Lysaght as Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO). A seasoned post-sales leader, Lou joins from Employment Hero, where she led global digital post-sales engagement. Previously, she spent nearly five years as VP of Customer Experience at HotDoc, overseeing post-sales functions across enterprise, mid-market and SMB. At RMS, she will lead customer success, support, onboarding and implementation, training and enablement, renewals and expansion, and digital customer experience.

Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS, said: “Our customers are growing with us, and they deserve a leadership team that matches our shared ambition. Nathan knows how to build and scale high-performing revenue teams across complex markets. Lou knows how to turn customers into long-term partners. Bringing them in together means we’re investing in the full journey from first conversation to lasting success.”
