French Open Drives Paris Hotels to Record May ADR of EUR401.43 and RevPAR of EUR326.97

Revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose 4.6% to EUR326.97. On 23 May, occupancy hit 93.4%, ADR was EUR464.09, and RevPAR EUR433.32. The peak ADR of EUR485.90 occurred on 31 May, with 82.5% occupancy. CoStar tracks 94,000 properties globally.

Adelaide's May ADR Rises 6.6% to AUD198.79, Despite 0.9% Dip in Occupancy, CoStar Reports

Peak metrics occurred during the Australian Tourism Exchange on 13 May, with occupancy at 88.3%, ADR at AUD243.62, and RevPAR at AUD215.09. The PRECI conference also contributed to high numbers. Demand increased, but occupancy decreased as supply grew by 1.6%. Future occupancy declines are anticipated with further new supply.
