🏠 Over three years ago, Dusit International appointed a new CEO, surprising many. The CEO oversees expansion, focusing on Europe with projects in Greece and France and regions like India, China, and the Middle East. The goal is 100 properties globally. Dusit Thani hotel opened in Bangkok's Dusit Central Park, a $1.5 billion project. Dusit targets a 15-20% annual RevPAR growth. The "Tree of Life" program promotes sustainability, and their entry into France is set for 2026.

With Aman at Sea, a new luxury hospitality group sets sail

Designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, the 183-meter yacht accommodates 94 guests in 47 suites, each with a private terrace and dedicated butler. The ship features a Japanese restaurant, Mediterranean dining, a grill, a jazz club, and a spa. Inspired by Japanese ryokans, the interiors offer tranquility and luxury. Available for private hire, the first voyage explores unique Mediterranean ports.

A definitive blow threatens more than a million seasonal rentals in Spain

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas to delist from the stock exchange by the first half of 2025

💸 Minor Hotels Group, 2023, acquired a 4.1% stake in Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. CEO Dillip Rajakarier noted this delisting will enhance agility and growth potential. MHE&A's half-year results showed €1.2 billion revenue, up 5%, a 6% RevPAR increase, and €317 million EBITDA. Net profit rose 58% to €112 million, with €26 million from asset sales. Debt reduced to €114 million after a €400 million bond repayment.

Dusit International to gain a foothold in France through its partnership with Sydel
