🏠 Aman Beverly Hills is launching as Aman's first West Coast property, located at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. This $10 billion development includes a 10-story hotel with 78 all-suite guest rooms and two residential towers, with units priced from $20 million to over $40 million. Nearly 10 acres of land will become botanical gardens, with 4.5 acres open to the public. Over 200 native California plant species will be watered using rainwater and recycled graywater.
