The hotel will offer 232 rooms, a restaurant, rooftop pool, spa, and 150 sqm of meeting space. Developed by Kvarnholmen Utveckling, a Peab and JM joint venture, and operated by 1912 Hotels under a franchise deal, it will join IHG's 13 Nordic properties. The Marram Collection Opens £7.5 Million Boutique Hotel The Kithmore in St Andrews with 44 Rooms

Bennie’s, the on-site Scottish bar and restaurant, accommodates 57 indoors and 30 outdoors. General manager Kathryn McNairn, head chef Joe Reddie, and deputy manager Caryn Kelly lead the team. Malcolm Allan highlighted the focus on preserving heritage and offering top-notch hospitality.
