🏨 Reservations for the Imperial Hotel, Kyoto, open November 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM JST, with the hotel welcoming guests starting March 5, 2026. Situated in Kyoto's Gion district, the hotel blends historic charm with modern elegance, housed in the 90-year-old Yasaka Kaikan. The hotel features 55 rooms, including Signature Suites ranging from 1,022 to 1,377 sq ft, and introduces tatami flooring in the North Wing. The hotel includes restaurants, a bar, spa, pool, and gym.

🍴 Lannan Pantry, a retail and event space, opened on 28th October in Edinburgh, next to the Lannan bakery. It offers seasonal produce, meats, charcuterie, cheese, and wine. The first pre-orders for viennoiserie went live on 4th November for collection from 11th November. Opening hours are 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Sunday. Designed by Patricia Rodi and Natalie Cécile, the interior features French-inspired elements. Owner Darcie Maher aims for a zero-waste approach, integrating the pantry with Lannan's kitchen and bakery operations.

Planning consent exists for conversion to a boutique hotel and restaurant. Features include domed stained glass roof-lights. Located in the Cotswolds, the property suits various uses, tapping into local tourism, including attractions like Diddly Squat Farm Shop.

🍴 Nobu London Old Park Lane launched "Nobu At Home" in 2025, offering premium dining delivered within a three-mile radius. 🍷 Daly's Wine Bar & Beer Hall, located at 210 The Strand, London, has reopened after a makeover. It offers wine bar elegance and beer hall energy across two floors. The wine list is curated by Berkmann Wine Cellar, while the Beer Hall features 16 beers on draft. Head Chef Tahreem Hossain serves elevated British comfort food. The venue, near Temple Station, accommodates up to 50 guests standing. Open Monday-Saturday, 11am-11pm (Thursday until 11:30pm).
