CoStar and Tourism Economics Raise 2026-27 U.S. Hotel Forecast, Projecting Increases in ADR and RevPAR
🏨 CoStar and Tourism Economics revised the U.S. hotel forecast for 2026-27 at the 18th Annual Hotel Data Conference in Arlington, Virginia. For 2026, ADR and RevPAR predictions were raised by 1.1 and 1.6 percentage points, respectively. Occupancy was adjusted to 63.1%. The industry sold 11.4 million more room nights than in 2025, increasing room revenue by over $5.4 billion. GOPPAR is expected to rise by 4% this year and 1% next year.
