📱 Hilton San Diego Bayfront completed a multimillion-dollar renovation, unveiling 165,000 sq. ft. of refreshed meeting spaces and 17 redesigned suites. Led by Hirsch Bedner Associates, the renovation includes indoor and outdoor spaces, modern furnishings, and upgraded event lighting. The Horizon Experience will soon offer enhanced guest amenities, including premium views and valet parking.

🏨 Olde Naples Hotel, located in Naples, Florida, opened recently near Third Street South, featuring 109 rooms. Designed by Hart Howerton and part of the Opal Collection, the hotel reflects the original 1889 Naples Hotel with modern touches. Amenities include a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and Annie's Bistro, Bar & Bakery. Guests enjoy bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a shuttle service. 🏨 Hotel Viking in Newport, Rhode Island, reopened after a comprehensive renovation in its 100th year. The redesign, led by Beleco, maintains a historic feel with modern updates. Chef Robert Andreozzi and Jesse Hedberg lead new culinary concepts like Pescadou and Cap Club. The hotel features over 13,000 square feet of event space, including Kay Chapel, dating back to 1859, and cultural programming like yoga and film screenings. 🏖 Renovations at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, are set to finish this summer. All 200 hotel rooms will be updated, blending architectural heritage with modern design. Enhancements include upgraded amenities, antique-inspired furnishings, and expanded spaces. Dining options will feature a reimagined steakhouse and café. Renovated spaces for meetings and events combine classic and modern elements. The spa and fitness center will also be revitalized.

🏨 Pennbridge Hospitality opened Idaho's first dual-branded AC Hotel Boise Downtown and Element by Marriott Boise Downtown, a 296-key property, in downtown Boise. Element offers 121 suites on floors 5–7 for extended stays, while AC Hotels provides 175 rooms on floors 8–15. The property features 12 event spaces, including a 3,010-square-foot ballroom with skyline views. Developed over seven years with multiple partners, it stands where Block 19 was acquired in 2020. Located near Boise's business and entertainment hubs.

🏨 Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach in California, managed by Parable Hospitality and owned by Overseas Beach Property LLC, completed a renovation involving 68 guestrooms and common areas. Updates include a coastal-themed color palette, new furniture, and improved outdoor amenities. The project was overseen by Mars Construction with design by Cadiz Collaboration. Located near Hermosa Beach Pier, the hotel now features enhanced spaces like a new lobby and dining area, blending comfort with the local beach culture.
