MGM Resorts Reports Q1 2026 Revenue of $4.5 Billion; MGM China and Digital Lead Growth with 9% and 43% Increases

Americas Shows 5.3% Decrease in Hotel Pipeline Activity, Only Region with Decline in First Quarter 2026
