Arizona Biltmore Brings Globally Recognized Culinary Experience, Le Petit Chef, to the Southwest

🍽 Arizona Biltmore (LXR Hotels & Resorts) is debuting Le Petit Chef on May 1, 2025, featuring an immersive 3D dining experience. This will be the only Southwest venue among its 89 global and eight U.S. locations. The resort, a Frank Lloyd Wright-style landmark since 1929, adds to its luxury offerings with this intimate, 18-seat show running Thursdays to Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Tickets are priced at $195 per adult and $79 for the junior menu. Reservations are now open.

Red Sea Global unveils Laheq, an extraordinary resort island for luxury living and unforgettable experiences

🏖 Red Sea Global (RSG) has introduced Laheq Island as a new residential community at The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, focusing on resort-style living and property ownership. Laheq is set to open in 2028, following the welcoming of the first guests in 2023. The community will feature 400 hectares of land, a 115-berth marina, an 18-hole golf course, luxury resorts, and sustainable design by Foster + Partners. The Red Sea will run on 100% renewable energy and include 50 resorts, 8,000 hotel rooms, and over 1,000 residential properties by 2030. RSG is planting 50 million mangroves and regenerating corals.

🍴 CORD by Le Cordon Bleu, a fine dining restaurant on London's Fleet Street, revealed its new Spring menu, crafted by Executive Chef Karl O’Dell and Head Chef Justine Bordet. Following its 2022 opening, CORD earned three AA Rosettes, celebrating the restaurant’s precise cooking and seasonal focus. The refreshed à la carte and set menus feature dishes like balsamic-marinated beetroots and Otoro bluefin tuna. Head Sommelier Jiachen Lu pairs these with a diverse wine list. CORD, located in a Grade II listed building, encompasses a restaurant, café, cookery school, and event venue.

New culinary offering at The Cottage in the Wood, Malvern

🍴 Malvern's 3 AA Rosette restaurant introduces a new tasting menu on May 1st, featuring seven courses for £95 per head with an option to add two more from daily specials. Head Chef Mark Potts, who joined last year, crafted the menu highlighting global cuisine. A more casual Brasserie opens April 16th offering à la carte from £13.50 and a £75 five-course tasting menu. The Brasserie will serve dinner daily and the tasting menu at lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday. Owner Nick Davies celebrates ten years at The Cottage in the Wood with this culinary advancement.

Islington’s Little Bat Introduces a New Restaurant Menu Devised by James Cochran

Celebrating global flavors, the menu features British produce, with items like warm toasted sourdough with whipped butters, buttermilk fried chicken with jerk spiced hot honey glaze, and jerk spiced Mangalitza pork. Cocktails include innovative options like Tokyo Drift and Loosen Mai Tai, in addition to wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. Bookings now open for the launch.

Making waves! New steak and seafood restaurant coming to Forge Island

🍴 Sygnature Dish, a new steak and seafood restaurant, will open at Forge Island in late spring, in time for summer holidays. It will serve lunches, dinners, cocktails, and beers alongside a menu featuring T-bone, sirloin, rib-eye steaks, beef ribs, burgers, salmon, prawns, and a fish of the day, as well as chicken, pasta, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Diners can also create their own platters. Owned by siblings Dalu and Sibbs Sikhosana with over 30 years of combined experience, the restaurant joins Arc Cinema and Travelodge. The Sikhosanas aspire to establish more Sygnature Dish locations nationwide. Vetro Lounge, also at Forge Island, will open on April 30.

Independent boutique hotel The Pilgrm announces new guest chef residency
