🏖️ Lodge at Blue Sky unveils Residences at Blue Sky in Park City, Utah, across 4,000 acres. Eighteen Farm Estate Lots (3-8 acres), thirteen Farmhouses (1-acre, 4-5 bedrooms), and sixteen Crescent Lodge Villas (2-3 bedrooms) offer integrated mountain living. All residences are managed by Auberge with access to the Lodge’s amenities and Crescent Club. Designed by AJC Architects and Rose Ink Workshop, residences emphasize biophilic elements and organic materials. Owners can join the rental program for hotel-style living.

🏖 Waldorf Astoria Hotels is expanding to Park City, Utah, with the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort & Residences, debuting in 2028. The development includes 132 hotel keys and 105 residences. Located in Deer Valley's East Village, it features a 15,000-square-foot spa, multiple pools, and 11,300 square feet of event space. Architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and interiors by AvroKO. This is Hilton’s second project in the East Village, following Canopy by Hilton.

🏠 Texas, 2020: Emily and Rick Seiders opened Hideaway Round Top near Round Top, Texas, on 21 acres of land. The property, featuring a farmhouse and two cottages, accommodates 19 guests. The Seiders saved the land from a planned condominium development. Designed by Studio Seiders and Sam Burch Architect, the main farmhouse is 3,321 sq ft. A second phase, set for 2027, includes two tiny homes and a 3,409 sq ft event space.

🍴 Philippe Chow has opened in Nashville's historic Cummins Station, originally built in 1906. The interior design by //3877 features a 60-foot porcelain ginkgo leaf fixture. The restaurant includes a quartzite host stand, antique mirrored glass, lacquered burl wood, and brass elements. The Gibson Cocktail Lounge offers a Nashville-inspired musical theme with collaborative artwork between //3877 and Gibson. The design reinforces a high-end atmosphere through gold accents, plush seating, and immersive tile patterns.

🏝 In May, OKU Bodrum opens as an adults-only retreat on the northern coast of the Bodrum peninsula. The 58-room hotel features water-oriented guestrooms with private balconies, terraces, and pools. Designed by AEM Architecture, the interiors boast boho-chic minimalism. Culinary options include Teyo's Nikkei-inspired dishes, Mediterranean fusion at To Kima, and meze at The Round Bar. Activities like paddleboarding and garden-to-glass workshops complement the OKU Spa's hammam, sauna, and fitness facilities.

🌴 Treehouse Hotels, a brand by Starwood Hotels chairman Barry Sternlicht, is coming to Miami Beach, Florida, in early 2029. The project revamps 1940s Art Deco landmarks, Haddon Hall and Campton Apartments, into a nostalgic, beachside hotel designed by Rottet Studio. Key features include a rooftop with ocean views, a lush courtyard, multiple dining options, and wellness amenities. Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach aims to embody Miami's vibrant, carefree spirit.
