The project features social wellness experiences, a rooftop pool, and will be developed by Timberline Real Estate Partners with local design by Amar Lalvani and team. 📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts launched the Garner Hotels brand in Greater China, marking the global expansion of the brand which began in 2023. Garner supports property conversion with flexible renovation options. The first Garner hotel in Greater China is in Beijing’s 798 Art District, with future locations in Shanghai, Chongqing, and Hangzhou. Garner aims to balance investment efficiency and guest experience while leveraging IHG’s global platform, which includes access to over 160 million IHG One Rewards members.

🏨 Corinthia Hotels plans to develop Borgo di Perolla, a luxury resort in Tuscany, Italy, in partnership with Gaetano Buglisi's BGenera Group. The resort will feature 80 accommodations, restaurants, wellness spaces, and a historic chapel. It will embrace a farm-to-table culinary approach. Located near Massa Marittima, the property aims to open by the end of 2030. This marks Corinthia's third property in Italy, following Corinthia Rome (2026) and Corinthia Lake Como (2028).
