🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and Harilela Group, a Hong Kong-based company, signed a deal to add three Hari Hotels (85-room The Hari London, 210-room The Hari Hong Kong, and 324-room The Hari Singapore) to IHG's Vignette Collection. This expands their partnership to six hotels across Asia and Europe. Vignette Collection now boasts over 80 hotels, aiming for 100 in its first decade. The Hari Hotels offer luxury experiences with unique charm.

🏨 Atlantic Suites Hotel in Guyana will rebrand as a Hyatt Regency by 2028, in a $50 million project. Situated six miles from Eugene F. Correia International Airport, the current facility offers 80 rooms and shares amenities with Pegasus Hotel, including 36,000 sq ft of event space. The future 240-room Hyatt Regency Georgetown Guyana will feature a pedestrian bridge, restaurant, rooftop bar, and join the World of Hyatt loyalty program. Hyatt Place Georgetown will add 136 rooms this year.

🏝 Marriott International and The Reef Resorts & Spa are set to convert three Playa del Carmen resorts into the Tribute Portfolio Collection by 2027, adding 676 rooms. Renovations start in late 2026. The Reef Playacar, The Reef 28, and The Reef Coco will undergo changes, with The Reef Coco expanding to 358 rooms by 2028. Tribute Portfolio has 10 properties with 1,350 rooms and plans to double by 2027. The resorts will accommodate 900 attendees for events.

🏨 Valor Hospitality Partners expands to the West Coast by managing The Monsaraz, a 92-room hotel in San Diego's Point Loma. Opened in 2021, it's the first new hotel in the area in over a decade. This deal marks Valor's tenth U.S. acquisition this month. The hotel features Portuguese-themed design and cuisine at its Unico restaurant, supported by SAVOR by Valor. Valor operates in 75 cities across 26 countries, with more than 100 projects globally.

🏨 Hilton has launched NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, featuring 174 rooms along Vietnam's Co Co River. Designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia, the resort offers garden, river, and deluxe rooms, plus connecting pair options. Amenities include four dining venues, a spa, fitness center, infinity pool, and a 200-square-meter ballroom. Located in Da Nang City, rates start at VND 2,386,000. The development is a collaboration with Dat Phuong Group, reflecting Hilton's growth in Southeast Asia.

📈 IHG Hotels & Resorts reported a 10% increase in operating profit, reaching $665 million for the first half of 2026. Adjusted EPS rose by 13% to 274.7 cents. The global RevPAR increased 4.1%, with a total gross revenue of $18.2 billion, up 7%. IHG opened 31,500 rooms in 197 hotels and signed 49,200 rooms in 352 hotels, both up 8%. The hotel pipeline grew to 348,000 rooms across 2,385 hotels.

🏨 Cambria Hotels expands with two new properties: Cambria Hotel Euless – DFW Airport South in Texas and Cambria Hotel Bend – Mt. Bachelor in Oregon. The Texas site features 107 rooms near Dallas Fort Worth Airport, while the Oregon hotel has 131 rooms near Mount Bachelor. Part of Choice Hotels’ upscale brand, with over 75 U.S. locations and 50 more in development, including international expansion plans.
