🏨 PM Hotel Group assumed management of a 12-hotel, 1,533-room portfolio in Nashville for Pinnacle Hospitality Partners on May 1, 2026. The properties, branded under Hilton, Marriott, and others, are located in Nashville's Opryland and Downtown Stadium districts, plus Goodlettsville, Mt. Juliet, and Brentwood. The management transition started April 1, 2026. PM Hotel Group aims to enhance performance through strategic revenue, sales, and marketing alignment. They operate over 80 hotels in 20 states.

Mortenson Development Secures Financing for Dual-Brand Marriott Hotel Near Las Vegas Convention Center, Opening 2028

🏨 Mortenson Development (MDI) will begin construction on a dual-brand AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott near the Las Vegas Convention Center on June 15, with completion expected by Summer 2028. The 233,330-square-foot property will feature 397 rooms, including 237 AC Hotel rooms and 160 Residence Inn suites. Designed by PK Architects and Wild Muse Interiors, amenities include meeting spaces, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a lounge.

Henderson Park and Pyramid Global Acquire Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Puerto Rico for First Island Investment

Ruby Hotels to Open First New York City Property in 2027, Marking Second U.S. Signing This Year
