This development targets a global audience with high-end hotel services and design-focused living.

🏨 Crescent Hotels & Resorts has added La Posada de Santa Fe, a historical Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, NM. The hotel features 157 rooms, adobe casitas, a spa, salon, and an art curator. Crescent, with over 120 properties in the US and Canada, plans strategic renovations to preserve the hotel's historic charm. They manage luxury hotels under brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, serving clients such as REITs and private equity firms.

🏨 Corinthia Hotels is partnering with ShiLong Industry Co. and The Geminus Group to develop Corinthia Chengdu, set to open in 2032 in Chengdu's Gaoxin District. The development includes a mixed-use tower with 150 rooms, 60 branded residences, and additional retail, residential, and commercial spaces, totaling an investment of RMB 4.0 billion. Located at Tianfu Avenue and Tianfu First Street, this project marks Corinthia's entry into China, aiming to blend luxury with Chengdu's local culture.

🏨 Charlestowne Hotels is expanding across the Midwest, Southeast, and Mountain West with projects through 2028. Hotel Flora in Santa Fe, NM, opens July 2026 with 27 rooms; Hotel Laureum in Milwaukee, WI, follows in June 2027 with 35 rooms. The Inn at Aspen, CO reopened in January 2026 after renovations. The Livery Guesthouse in Tarpon Springs, FL, opens April 2026 with a staffless model. A 50-room Charleston, SC hotel is planned for Fall 2028.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts' Garner Hotels reached 100 open hotels globally by August 2023, becoming the fastest IHG brand to scale. With a pipeline of nearly 80 hotels across 12 countries including the U.S., Mexico, and Japan, Garner saw 52% of IHG room openings in 2025. Supported by flexible development and competitive costs, Garner opened 23 hotels in the Americas and 43 in EMEA in 2025, with notable debuts in Mexico, Italy, and Japan.

🏖 Hyatt Hotels Corp. plans to open Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana, an all-inclusive resort, by 2029 in the Dominican Republic. Located 40 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, it will feature 650 guestrooms, five specialty restaurants, six bars, a spa, and various recreational facilities. This expansion reflects Hyatt's strategy, already operating 34 hotels in the country, with a focus on family-friendly experiences. The development is in partnership with Codelpa.

🏠 Kimpton Era Midtown New York opened in a 33-story skyscraper by Extell Development Company. The hotel has 529 guestrooms, including suites and terrace rooms, designed as “jewel box” spaces. Dining venues managed by Apicii include The Parlor, Bar Rocco (led by Chef Rocco DiSpirito), Amasa (opening March 2026), and Jade Rabbit (opening April 2026). Features include a 1,375-square-foot gym. The design blends classicism with NYC's character.

📅 Aloft Tampa Downtown, located in downtown Tampa, completed a $5-million renovation, led by Studio 11 Design, enhancing guestrooms, public areas, and social spaces. The renovation, announced by Newbond Holdings and HEI Hotels & Resorts, includes upgraded amenities and technology, reflecting Tampa's growing appeal for business and leisure. Public areas now provide open, social environments in line with the Aloft brand. The hotel remains near key attractions like Tampa’s Riverwalk and the Tampa Convention Center.
