🏨 Orlando World Center Marriott, the world's largest Marriott, completed a renovation of its Grand Ballroom and convention spaces. The revamped Grand Ballroom spans 36,000 sq. ft., with 14 spaces, new design elements, and advanced lighting and sound systems. The hotel offers over 500,000 sq. ft. of function space, a 105,000 sq. ft. ballroom, 10 dining outlets, a lagoon pool, and more. 🏨 Walker & Dunlop has secured $104.5 million for The Ritz-Carlton Savannah, a 15-story luxury hotel set to open in 2028 in Savannah’s Historic District. The project involves converting two historic office buildings into a 168-key hotel covering 190,000 sq ft. TMGOC Ventures will benefit from federal and state historic tax credits. Located downtown, the site is near key attractions. The development addresses the high demand for luxury accommodations in a market with strict zoning rules.
