GFI Capital and Hyatt Complete Multimillion-Dollar Renovation and Rebrand of Hotel Seville NoMad in Manhattan
🏨 GFI Capital Resources and Hyatt Hotels completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of Hotel Seville NoMad, located at 22 East 29th Street in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Originally opened in 1903, the 348-room building now features redesigned rooms, a new lobby bar by Thomas Juul-Hansen, and dining options like Scarpetta. Event space includes a 2,400-sq-ft ballroom, with facilities supported by LDV Hospitality. The hotel is part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt.
