KEC and Archipelago form JV to launch Saudi hotel brand

🏨 Knowledge Economic City (KEC) and Archipelago International are launching a hospitality management platform and a new Saudi hotel brand in Madinah. The joint venture's first project features a hotel with 2,500 keys, marking one of KEC’s largest assets. KEC spans 6.8 million square meters in Madinah, while Archipelago manages over 45,000 rooms. The hotel will boost employment opportunities and expand through franchise and licensing. Archipelago's partner, Maison Privee, will enhance short-stay services in Madinah.

$130 million funding secured for VOCE Hotel & Residences

🏠 Vastland Company secured a $130 million construction loan from Peachtree Group for VOCE Hotel & Residences in Nashville, set for completion in autumn 2027. Located at 1717 Hayes St., the 25-storey project includes 192 residences, 114 hotel suites, 60,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 40,000 sq. ft. of wellness amenities. Over 50% of residences are already sold. Construction starts December 8, 2025, led by BL Harbert International.
