The hotel will boost employment opportunities and expand through franchise and licensing. Archipelago's partner, Maison Privee, will enhance short-stay services in Madinah.

$130 million funding secured for VOCE Hotel & Residences

🏠 Vastland Company secured a $130 million construction loan from Peachtree Group for VOCE Hotel & Residences in Nashville, set for completion in autumn 2027. Located at 1717 Hayes St., the 25-storey project includes 192 residences, 114 hotel suites, 60,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 40,000 sq. ft. of wellness amenities. Over 50% of residences are already sold. Construction starts December 8, 2025, led by BL Harbert International.
