Lamington Group Unveils Plans for 167-Room Carbon-Neutral Aparthotel in Cambridge, Opening in 2028

🏨 In 2028, Lamington Group will open Lost Gardens Cambridge, its new aparthotel brand, at the former Cambridgeshire County Council headquarters. The site will have 167 guest rooms over four floors, featuring a spa, gym, restaurant, and urban farm. The hotel will be 100% electric and carbon-neutral, employing biophilic design. This follows the launch of Second Nature, the new sustainable brand for Hometel, including sites in Chiswick, Southampton, Belfast, and York (opening May 2027).
