🏠 Numa Group announced three new property signings in the UK. In 2025, it will redevelop a listed building on Margaret Street, London, creating 30 units near Oxford Street. In Edinburgh, deals with HUB will provide 117 units, including 45 units in Leith near the Royal Yacht Britannia and 72 units on Thistle Street. Numa acquired Native Places in 2024 and operates in 15 countries with 9,000 units. Future expansions are planned for Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, and Glasgow.

🏨 Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa, part of Iconic Luxury Hotels, completed a redesign of its dining and drawing rooms, led by Goddard Littlefair, in September 2025. Located in Hampshire, these spaces now feature New Forest-inspired interiors and new terraces. The refurbishment enhances guest experiences with new British seafood menus, a tasting room, and a revamped Colonel’s Bar. This is part of a larger transformation for the hotel's 60th anniversary in 2026, overseen by new general manager Guy Owen.

🏨 TPG Hotels & Resorts expanded with the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon, adding 152 rooms and completing a $5.5-million renovation. The hotel now boasts a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour business center. Three meeting rooms offer over 3,800 sq ft for events. Located in Highland Oaks business park, it's near the Florida State Fairgrounds and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Dining options include the on-site Garden Grille & Bar and a 24-hour market.

📈 September 9, 2025 - Helsinki, Finland: Bob W signs a long-term lease for a 33-unit serviced apartment in Stockholm’s Gamla Stan, expanding its Swedish portfolio. The property, previously Old Town Stay Hotel, is at Österlånggatan 26. Bob W now operates over 5,000 units across 19 cities in 11 European countries. The company aims to dominate the Nordic market, with a focus on sustainability and tech-enabled hospitality. Bob W's leadership team will attend Expo Real in Munich, October 6-8, 2025.

🏨 HEI Hotels & Resorts added the Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Greenwich, Connecticut, to its portfolio of over 100 hotels. The hotel underwent a $40 million renovation, adding 374 guestrooms, an indoor pool, and 35,000 square feet of meeting space. The Townsend Cinema, a 40-seat venue, offers films in sync with major theaters, craft cocktails, and movie snacks. Collaborations include the National Audubon Society and experiences like yoga, cocktail classes, and live music.

🏨 Farmingdale Hospitality Partners, LLC, announced the opening of the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Long Island Farmingdale in Farmingdale, New York. The four-story hotel, featuring 101 guestrooms, is owned and developed by Oxford Hospitality, with Concord Hospitality managing. Guests enjoy amenities like a fitness center with a Peloton Bike, indoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The hotel is near Bethpage Black Golf Course, Republic Airport, and Farmingdale State College, and just three miles from Farmingdale Village.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation expands with two AKEN Hotels & Resorts properties in Argentina as of September 2, 2025. La Urumpta Hotel & Spa offers 60 rooms in Río Cuarto, Córdoba, while Böden Hotel & Spa provides 70 rooms in Villa General Belgrano, Córdoba. These hotels feature AKEN Spa & Wellness and are now part of Sonesta's loyalty program with nearly 8 million members. The strategic partnership aims to enhance wellness-focused experiences in Latin America.

🏨 Waldorf Astoria New York reopened its Grand Ballroom, restoring 43,000 sq. ft. of event spaces, including the Silver Corridor, Astor Salon, Basildon, and Jade Rooms. The Grand Ballroom, accommodating 1,500 people, features updated sound and lighting. The Basildon Room hosts 190 guests with elements from Basildon Manor. The Jade Room and Astor Salon each host 420 guests. Renovations by SOM and PYR preserve historic details and add modern technology to this iconic venue in NYC.

🏠 Chedi Hospitality has launched 20 luxury villas in Wadi Safar, Saudi Arabia, as part of Diriyah Company's masterplan. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, each villa offers 4-5 bedrooms and views of a Greg Norman-designed golf course. Owners gain access to exclusive amenities, including a residents' club and wellness facilities. An 85-room Chedi hotel is also planned. The project aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The location is 25 minutes from Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport.
