🌎 The Atlas Hotel, a boutique lifestyle destination, opens in Boston's Allston neighborhood at Harvard's Enterprise Research Campus. Designed by Marlon Blackwell Architects and INC Architecture & Design, it features 246 guest rooms, including 12 suites. Amenities include a living room lobby, meeting spaces, and a fitness center. Dining highlights are Ama restaurant and the upcoming Foxglove Terrace rooftop bar. The hotel emphasizes sustainability with LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications. Foxglove Terrace and The COOP retail debut in spring 2026.

PUBLIC Announces Partnership With Highgate

Travelodge warns of rising costs as four-year revenues hit £1.04bn

🏨 Travelodge reported a 0.7% revenue increase to £1.04bn for 2025, despite forecasting a 6%-7.5% cost inflation for 2026 due to rising business rates and employment costs. 2025 saw 21 new UK hotels. Q4 revenues rose by 4.3% to £261m, but revenue per room fell 1.9% to £57. Cash at year-end was £131m. Business rates are expected to rise from £38m to £50m, with wage costs increasing by £9m in 2026. £100m is planned for capital expenditure.

PPHE FY revenues to hit £330m following strong Q4

💰 PPHE Hotel Group anticipates 2025 results aligning with expectations, reporting £330.4m room revenue, a 4.2% rise from 2024. In Q4, room revenue increased by 4.9% and RevPAR by 5.0%, driven by a 7.8% average room rate rise. Annual RevPAR climbed 2.6% to £123.4, with a 75.1% occupancy rate. The UK saw solid performance, while Croatia's summer trading excelled. Major investments included Art’otel openings in Rome and London. Strategic review updates are expected on 26 February 2026.
