🏨 Radisson Individuals opened its first hotel in Malta at Cavalieri Art Hotel, Saint Julian’s, featuring 254 rooms, suites, three dining venues, pools, a spa, and event facilities. Located at Balluta Bay, it offers modern interiors, bay views, and access to local attractions. Dining includes Baco Noir, Ottocento, and Pommarola. 🏨 The Ava Hotel in Paso Robles, California, opened as part of the Hilton Curio Collection. Managed by Azul Hospitality Group, the hotel features 151 rooms, including suites with balconies or pool decks. It boasts three dining venues with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine led by chef Julien Asseo. Guests can enjoy wine-themed activities and events in its 6,500-square-foot event space. The hotel, blending mid-century architecture with natural materials, is a joint venture between Paso Robles Hotel Partners and Peachtree Group.

🏨 Olympia Hospitality has added the 139-room Hilton Garden Inn Arvada, Colorado, to its management portfolio. Located half a mile from Olde Town Arvada, this hotel is within 15 miles of the Red Rocks Amphitheater. It features a fitness center, indoor pool, and over 2,260 square feet of meeting space. President Sara Masterson highlighted the national expansion strategy, while Chief Growth Officer John Schultzel emphasized prioritizing high-quality assets with market leadership.

🏨 Meriwether Companies and Springboard Hospitality opened Guesthouse, Hotel at La Valle, a 77-room boutique hotel in Rancho Santa Fe, California, following a $15-million renovation. The hotel is part of La Valle Coastal Club's $35 million transformation. Amenities include tennis, pickleball, padel courts, and a golf course. Renovations continue with a new pool, spa, and clubhouse upgrades. Guests enjoy exclusive club access, and a Grand Opening Package offers 20% off a two-night stay and a $100 club credit.

🏨 St Pancras London, part of Autograph Collection Hotels, completed a refurbishment of its 245 rooms and suites, including the 207-room Barlow House spanning seven floors, led by German designer Nora Witzigmann. The Chambers Wing, with 38 suites, is being redesigned by French designer Nicolas Daul. St Pancras rebranded on June 3, 2025, and is a landmark of High Victorian Gothic architecture, located above St Pancras International and King’s Cross Station, providing connections to London and Paris.

🏨 Travelodge's revenue fell by 3.2% to £471.3m for the six months to June 30 due to softer demand in Greater London and industry-wide cost pressures, including a £20m hit from inflation. First-half group EBITDA dropped to £47.3m from £82.1m in 2024. Despite challenges, occupancy exceeded 82%, and the Spanish arm's revenue and EBITDA rose by over 30%. Travelodge opened 11 UK hotels in 2025, with nine more expected. Group cash stood at £152.5m.

🍴 Two seasoned hospitality veterans, Nur Khan and Chef Richard Farnabe, launched Maison Nur on New York’s Lower East Side in late June. Designed by Khan and Jason Volenec, the restaurant features upscale, French-American cuisine with standout dishes like Parmesan-wrapped spaghetti. The space, adorned with Damien Hirst artwork, offers an international wine list and cocktails by Charlotte Voisey. A downstairs lounge will soon open, providing a curated music experience and plush seating.

🏨 FLAGSTAFF, Arizona—In August 2025, NCG Hospitality opened Flagstaff's first dual-branded hotel featuring Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton. Located at I-17 and I-40, the property offers 204 guestrooms. Home2 Suites includes 113 extended-stay suites with kitchens, while Tru by Hilton has 91 rooms. Amenities include free hot breakfast, WiFi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and outdoor patios. Guests can access Northern Arizona University, downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon easily.
