W Hotels completes $100m renovation of New York flagship
📍 W Hotels reopened its New York Union Square property after a $100 million renovation of the 256-room Beaux-Arts building, originally completed in 1911. Rockwell Group led the redesign, including guest rooms, a new lobby, a rooftop bar, and a 1,215 sq ft penthouse. Wellness facilities now feature Peloton equipment. Seahorse restaurant, opening later this autumn, will be led by chef John Villa. Marriott Bonvoy aims for 80% of W Hotels' global portfolio renovations by 2028.
