🏨 Peachtree Group opened the Home2 Suites by Hilton Ashburn in the D.C. metro area, a 122-room hotel and their seventh 2023 property. Located near One Loudoun and under 10 miles from Dulles International Airport, it features in-room kitchens, social spaces, and a fitness center. Ashburn, known as "Data Center Alley," benefits from tech investments like Alphabet's $1 billion Google data center expansion. Peachtree manages 112 hotels across 30 brands.

🏨 Courtyard by Marriott opened a 150-bedroom hotel in Sheffield at the Advanced Manufacturing Park, owned by Stapleford Ventures and operated by RBH Hospitality Management. 🏨 Duke Street Boutique Hotel reopened in Liverpool in December 2025, a month after its purchase by Golding Group for £2.25 million. 🍴 La Stella Italian Steakhouse and Music Lounge opened in Addison, Dallas in 2025, occupying an 11,000-square-foot space that housed Lawry's The Prime Rib for over 40 years. Designed by Daniele Venenzoni, it blends Old World Italian and Art Deco styles. The venue, hosting over 400 guests, includes a music lounge for 21+ patrons.
