🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation will open the Andaz Hiroshima in 2027 through a management agreement with Takenaka Corporation. Located in central Hiroshima, the hotel will occupy the 21st to 31st floors of a high-rise building. It will feature 235 guest rooms and suites, restaurants, a rooftop bar, a fitness center with an indoor pool, and event spaces. This will be the second Andaz hotel in Japan, following the Tokyo location.

🏨 Hilton's Conrad Corfu, opening before summer 2026, will offer 136 rooms and a 200-meter beachfront in southern Corfu. Facilities include three restaurants, two bars, a wellness center, and a kids club. The property features a villa with a custom outdoor terrace by Sophie Deloudi. Managed by Numo Hotels and Resorts, this is their third collaboration with Hilton. Corfu International Airport, receiving over 4 million travelers annually, provides access to the hotel.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has expanded its portfolio by adding 18 hotels through a partnership with Laxmi Hotels Group. By the end of September, all properties transitioned to the Sonesta Select brand. This is part of Sonesta's strategy announced in 2024 to sell 113 managed hotels, adding 14,803 rooms across 28 states. The 18 new hotels are located in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Tennessee, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

🏠 Fashion house Maison Margiela is launching Maison Margiela Residences in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah in partnership with Alta Real Estate Development. Launching with 25 bespoke units, the design by architect Carlo Colombo features travertine furnishings and a custom furniture line. Residents can access amenities like an art gallery, spa, and gym. This launch coincides with a new boutique and a café at the Mall of the Emirates.

📍 Vision Hospitality Group will manage the forthcoming SpringHill Suites by Marriott Goose Creek, a 109-room hotel in Summerville, South Carolina, set to open in early 2027. Developed by Clarendon Properties and Commercial Realty Advisors Development, the hotel will feature 1,000 square feet of meeting space. Patrick O’Neil, COO of Vision, emphasizes their commitment to quality and innovation, highlighting the company’s culture rooted in integrity, respect, teamwork, and excellence.

🏨 IHG Hotels and Resorts, in partnership with Tristar Austria, will open the 119-room Kimpton Salzburg in mid-2028, marking Kimpton's debut in Austria. Located by the Salzach River, the hotel will feature river views, 11 suites, a wellness area, and meeting spaces. It is part of a redevelopment project led by Midstad. The opening reflects Salzburg's role as Austria's second-largest hospitality market, following Vienna. IHG has 14 hotels in Austria and over 210 in the DACH region.

🏨 MIDDLEBURG, Florida—On October 2025, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg opened a 126-room extended-stay hotel. Owned by Clay County Town Center Holdings LLC, it was developed by Paradigm Development Partners and managed by McKibbon Hospitality. The hotel features studio and one-bedroom suites, a lakefront pool, fitness center, and Tesla charging stations. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour market, and flexible meeting space. General Manager James House and Director of Sales Courtney Wahl lead the hotel team.
