🌴 The Grand, York, unveils SubRosa spa after a £2.8 million refurbishment of its basement vaults. The spa introduces SeaBody’s marine-based products and offers Moroccan-inspired marocMaroc rituals. Facilities include two saunas, a hydrotherapy pool, and various therapy rooms. Three treatment packages are offered: Rosa, Alba, and Radix. Alongside, a new SubRosa restaurant features Asian cuisine. Spa director Emma Sorby and general manager Adam Dyke highlight the wellness and culinary experiences. SubRosa is open to both guests and day visitors.

🏨 Peachtree Group, on December 29, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, expanded its hospitality management division by adding six new hotels to its third-party management platform. Five hotels are owned by La Posada Group LLC, located in Indiana, New Mexico, Kansas, and Texas, while one is owned by Decatur Properties Holdings. Peachtree now manages 115 hotels across 29 brands, with 14,212 rooms in 27 states, including Washington, D.C., increasing their third-party operations to 42 hotels.

🏨 TAFER Hotels & Resorts will open the Garza Blanca Sanctuary Tower in Puerto Vallarta in early 2026, with a second tower opening later that year. Standing 20 stories tall, it will feature 118 oceanfront suites. Guests can access amenities like six pools, eight restaurants, and a rooftop pool. TAFER's 40-year legacy includes prestigious awards, enhancing its all-inclusive luxury presence in Mexico. This expansion caters to growing demand and celebrates Puerto Vallarta's culture and beauty.
