London office receives planning for luxury hotel conversion

🏨 Studio Moren secured planning permission to convert a Grade II-listed Victorian office at 27-28 Clements Lane, London, into a 180-key luxury hotel. The design includes a new metal roof extension, preserving historical features like staircases and cast-iron columns, while targeting BREEAM Excellent with sustainable elements such as photovoltaic panels and a green roof. Approval by the City of London Corporation highlights a graceful evolution of historic architecture to meet modern needs.

Shangri-La signs luxury resrot in Bodrum, Turkey

🏖 Shangri-La Group plans to open a new luxury resort in Bodrum, Turkey, in the first half of 2029. Located in Yalikavak, the resort will feature 70 guest rooms and 10 private villas. This is Shangri-La's second property in Turkey, after Shangri-La Bosphorus in Istanbul. The agreement was signed with United Bodrum Turizm A.Ş. at Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong, attended by top executives from both companies. The resort aims to enhance Bodrum's luxury tourism appeal.

Hilton Milwaukee Completes Renovation
