🏖 Moab, Utah—Red Cliffs Lodge Moab underwent an extensive renovation over the past year, including a redesigned lodge, the new Ember restaurant, and revamped suites. The final phase of 31 riverfront cabins is ongoing. The lodge offers panoramic Colorado River views, a double-sided fireplace, and retail space with local goods. Ember serves modern American cuisine led by Chef Daniel Horn. Located 20 miles from Moab, the lodge is part of the Marriott Bonvoy Outdoors collection, near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

🏨 PM Hotel Group announced the transition of Hotel Arboretum to City Express by Marriott Washington, DC Northeast, strategically repositioning it in Northeast Washington, D.C. This move aims to leverage Marriott's global distribution and appeal to corporate, government, and group travelers. Updates include refreshed designs and furnishings. The hotel, owned by Rocks Hospitality, offers connectivity to Capitol Hill and Union Station, enhancing its appeal to government and contractor business.

🏠 Adagio saw €339 million revenue in 2025, a 7% increase from 2024. Occupancy hit 81%, and 1.6 million guests stayed, with room nights up by 8%. 🏨 Fargo, North Dakota—Holiday Inn Express Fargo-West Acres completed a renovation to enhance the guest experience with new decor, furnishings, and beds. The hotel, part of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), focused on creating a welcoming environment featuring fresh-ground coffee and increased plug-in access. Jae Dewald, Area Director of Sales, highlighted the Fargo-inspired touches. Brandt Hospitality Group managed the project.

🏨 Cumberland Council approved a £12m Premier Inn project in Carlisle city center, set to open by the end of 2028. The 104-room hotel will generate an estimated £4m annually for the local economy, create 25 permanent jobs, and support 45 construction jobs. Construction begins in 2026, following planning condition fulfillment. The project revives a site where a historic hotel was demolished in 2020. Whitbread's redevelopment plans were revealed in May 2025.

Executive Chef Luke Armstrong brings over a decade of experience. The menu features grass-fed British and Japanese Wagyu beef, with a focus on dry-ageing and seasonality.
