🏨 Aman announces its first Korean destination, Aman Seoul, in Gangnam, Seoul, overlooking the Han River. Developed with Shinsegae Property, it features a hotel, residences, and Aman Club with spa, wellness, and dining amenities. The design is inspired by Korean traditions. Aman Seoul joins existing locations in Tokyo, New York, and Bangkok, with future expansions planned in Beverly Hills, Miami Beach, Dubai, and Singapore.

📰 Conrad Indianapolis is undergoing a $25 million renovation for its 20th anniversary, aiming for completion by year-end. The project updates all guestrooms, suites, and common areas, maintaining operations during construction. Led by Anderson/Miller, it introduces a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic with contemporary designs. Executive Chef Kenneth Rivera will enhance dining experiences. The property features a top-rated spa, a 24-hour fitness center, and over 16,000 square feet of event space, including the 4,800-square-foot Vienna Ballroom.

🏨 Red Lion Hotel Rogue Regency Medford Airport, a 203-room midscale hotel, opened in Medford, Oregon, just 1.5 miles from Rogue Valley International Medford Airport. Announced by Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, the opening highlights Sonesta's strategy to expand in convenient and comfortable locations. Co-CEO Keith Pierce emphasized Medford's significance in broadening the company's guest and franchisee network.

🏨 Crowne Plaza by IHG has opened its new flagship, Crowne Plaza Manhattan Times Square, in New York. The 22-story hotel, developed by ARTIC and managed by Highgate, includes 685 city-view rooms, and integrates work, connection, and relaxation spaces. Positioned near Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park, the hotel features a new bar, restaurant, and artwork by artist Tiago Magro. It also offers flexible meeting spaces and an exclusive penthouse on the 22nd floor.

🛌 The Beaumont Mayfair has reopened its spa after a comprehensive refurbishment aimed at wellness. The spa features a Hammam, steam room, sauna, ice bar, and plunge pool, alongside tailored treatments like massages and IV infusions. 🦖 Park Plaza London Riverbank, in partnership with the Natural History Museum, unveiled a Dinosaur Family Suite to enhance family offerings. 🏨 Urban Rest has acquired its first UK hotel, One Dorset Square, a 14-key boutique in Marylebone, London. Previously the WWII French Section HQ of Churchill’s SOE (1941-1944), it's now fully automated under the HMA model. Opening is slated for winter 2026. Urban Rest seeks more London ventures.

📍 Grand Bohemian Orlando and Bohemian Savannah Riverfront have been rebranded as Hotel Beauden and Hotel Orielle, maintaining their place in the Marriott's Autograph Collection. Hotel Beauden, following a $18 million renovation of its 248 guestrooms completed in 2024, features a new lobby mural and restaurant, Libra. Hotel Orielle, with 75 rooms, highlights new artistic installations and introduces The Orielle cocktail. Both hotels continue their commitment to service and cultural integration.

📌 Drury Hotels opened the 180-room Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Southeast Century Farms, located in Antioch, Tennessee, minutes from I-24, Nashville International Airport, and downtown Nashville. The hotel features queen, king, and suite accommodations, 24-hour business and fitness centers, and an outdoor pool and spa. It offers over 1,500 square feet of meeting space. Drury ranked first in Guest Satisfaction in the JD Power 2026 study, marking its 20th JD Power Award.
