Located at 6 Bedford Street, London, Zylia uniquely combines Greek wines, Cypriot beers, and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails.

🏠 NoMad Residences Wynwood has opened in Miami, marking the residential debut of the NoMad brand outside New York City. Developed by Related Group and Tricap with Sydell Group, this nine-story, 329-residence community is part of Wynwood's arts district. Residences range from 464 to 931 square feet, fully furnished with luxurious finishes. Amenities include rooftop lounges, a resort-style pool, and shared workspaces. Located near Wynwood Walls, it embodies a blend of art, culture, and modern living.

🏨 The Chambers Hotel in New York has reopened as an independent boutique hotel located on West 56th Street. Following its stint as a Sonder property, the hotel now features 77 rooms and suites, offering high ceilings, wood accents, and modern technology, including high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests have access to Felice 56, an on-site Italian restaurant and bar. Positioned near Central Park and Fifth Avenue, it is close to cultural landmarks like MoMA and Radio City Music Hall.

🏖️ Delano Miami Beach, an iconic hotel on Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, reopened after a six-year renovation led by Elastic Architects. Originally opened in 1947, the hotel features 171 rooms and a swank 2,824 sq ft ocean-view penthouse. Dining includes Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi, while the hotel now emphasizes wellness over nightlife. Renovated with input from Miami's Historic Preservation Division, it balances historic charm with modern flair. Rates start at $650.

🏨 Perched on Cangshan Mountain at 6,860 feet in Yunnan, China, the Dali EDITION overlooks Erhai Lake. Designed by CCD/Cheng Chung Design, the hotel features 151 accommodations, including private villas. Rooms, starting at 646 square feet, offer scenic views. The 2,690-square-foot presidential suite includes an indoor pool. Dining includes Market at EDITION and Japanese KUSHO. The spa has five treatment rooms and an 82-foot pool, while the grand ballroom features integrated lighting and acoustics.

🏨 Drury Hotels is constructing a new Drury Plaza Hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida, near the Daytona International Speedway. Scheduled to open reservations for June 2027, this will be the eighth Drury hotel in Florida and the first in Daytona. The hotel will feature 180 guestrooms, over 2,000 sq ft of meeting space, and amenities like free hot breakfast, WiFi, and an outdoor pool. In 2026, Drury opened or announced four new hotels in Florida.

🏖️ Newport Hospitality Group is renovating the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront in Virginia. The project includes updating public areas with coastal designs, flexible gathering spaces, and transforming dining venues to Drift Bar and Kitchen and Salt Beachside Bar. Meeting facilities are refreshed with new technology and boardroom options. 🏖 Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, owned by Parks Hospitality Holdings, will open in the second half of 2026 in Mexico. Park Hyatt features 148 rooms, a 2,300 sq ft penthouse, and seven culinary venues. Grand Hyatt includes 301 rooms, 42 swim-out rooms, and a 4,602 sq ft Presidential Suite. Both resorts offer all-inclusive luxury with personalized service and local craftsmanship, situated in premier leisure destinations.

🏨 Luxury Family Hotels reopened The Ickworth in Suffolk after a complete renovation by StudioJill, focusing on a family-friendly approach. The estate now features updated guest rooms, public areas, a spa with an Elemis retreat, and an upgraded fitness facility. Dining includes Italianate and British classics, and partnerships with Bugaboo and Scandiborn enhance family services. StudioJill, led by Jill Higgins, completed its fifth refurbishment for the hotel group, blending heritage architecture with modern design.
