🏨 In September 2026, Hilton opened Motto by Hilton Guadalajara Centro Historico, a 154-room lifestyle hotel in Guadalajara's historic center. Developed by Grupo Megaterra, the hotel is located in a restored 1950s Art Deco building, one block from Plaza Fundadores. It features 69 connecting rooms and two dining options: La BienQuerida and Doña Elvira. The hotel offers access to local attractions like Teatro Degollado and Guadalajara Cathedral, emphasizing flexible accommodations and cultural connectivity.

🏖 Avani Cypress Lakes Resort, set to open in phases from October 2026 in New South Wales’ Hunter Valley, will be Australia's largest integrated resort wellness precinct, spanning 340 acres. It will feature 204 rooms, an 18-hole golf course, 24 event spaces, and wellness amenities including 70 suites and 10 Pilates reformers. Completion is expected by Q3 2027. This marks the third Avani property in Australasia, following openings in Mooloolaba and Queenstown in 2026.
