🌳 Calcot Manor and Spa in the Cotswolds unveiled luxury woodland treehouses, designed by Blue Forest using sustainable materials like reclaimed timber and certified woods. Each unit includes a master bedroom, loft-style twin room, private balcony, and sauna. Guests access main resort amenities and a sharing-menu room service. Part of the Calcot Collection, this expansion reflects the industry trend towards eco-friendly, unique accommodations seen at The Tawny Hotel and Ramside Hall Hotel Golf and Spa.

🏨 St. James’ Court hotel in Westminster has completed its multi-year renovation, modernizing its Buckingham Gate property while preserving its historical charm. Led by Conran and Partners, the updates include a redesigned entrance, lobby, and 1897 – The Bar, alongside new whisky and cigar lounges. Meeting rooms now feature flexible layouts and integrated screens. The expansion also includes a second boardroom at Taj The Chambers. This project aligns with London's trend of luxury hotel renovations, emphasizing historical preservation.

🏨 In Lisbon's Príncipe Real neighborhood, Palácio Príncipe Real was initially built in 1877 as a mansion, later owned by the Teixeira da Mota family for over a century. After becoming derelict, it was restored by Miles and Gail Curley from 2015. Now a boutique hotel with 25 rooms, it features a 1,400 sq m garden and a pool. The motif of the Indian runner duck, linked to the Curleys' past in Mallorca, is celebrated throughout.

📍 Tatjana von Stein, born in Munich, unveils her largest project yet: The Dean Munich hotel. Opening this month in Westend, it features 281 rooms inspired by Jugendstil and 1980s music scene influences. The hotel flaunts Art Nouveau elements, polished metals, and a site-specific art program. Ibasho, the in-house Japanese restaurant, offers a menu by Alex Craciun. Situated at Landsberger Str. 68, the hotel charges €225 per night.

🏨 RBH Hospitality Management, partnered with Sun Venture, will manage Hyatt Place London City East, marking their first Hyatt-branded hotel. Located in East London near Brick Lane, the hotel offers 276 rooms, two meeting rooms, and two F&B outlets. This is the 12th RBH-managed property in London, contributing to their portfolio of over 8,000 rooms in the city over 25 years. The company operates hotels across eight major brands, enhancing their market reputation and expansion.

🏨 In 2000, Carlos Couturier and Moisés Micha launched Grupo Habita with 36-room Hotel Habita in Mexico City's Polanco. Initially regarded as chaotic, the city became a modern destination. Today, 16 hotels span Mexico and Chicago, showcasing unique designs. Notable properties include Hotel Condesa DF and solar-powered Terrestre in Puerto Escondido. Grupo Habita maintains individuality by adapting to each property's structure, embracing a community-focused ethos.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corp., in partnership with HSL Properties and Desert Hospitality Management, plans to open the Hyatt Regency Tucson Convention Center in late 2027. Located downtown, near the Tucson Convention Center, this will be Tucson's first Hyatt Regency hotel. It will offer 291 guestrooms and suites, a fitness center, a pool, and 22,000 square feet of meeting space. The project aims to boost Tucson's economy by attracting conventions and tourism.

📍 Curioso, a design studio based in Chicago and Mérida, Mexico, was founded in 2013 by Daniel Pierce and Nina Grondin. The firm now employs nearly 50 people. Notable projects include the Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland, a 103-year-old building transformation, and the Atelier Playa Mujeres resort in Cancun, opened in 2020. Future ventures involve Six Senses Grand Bahama and developments in Costa Rica, Mexico, Omaha, and Greenville, with planned openings in 2027 and 2028.

🏨 Andaz Shanghai ITC, a luxury hotel, opened in Xujiahui within the International Trade Centre complex, featuring 267 rooms styled after creative professions. Designed by P&T Group, the centre includes 70-storey Tower 2. HBA crafted the hotel's interiors, inspired by Xuhui's heritage. Dining spots include the East and West Wings. Executive Chef Jesse Chen offers Shanghai flavors, while the Rooftop Bar serves tea-based cocktails. The hotel blends nostalgia and luxury, offering a seamless stay in bustling Shanghai.
