The development will feature a 13-guestroom luxury boutique hotel, a fine dining restaurant, a rooftop bar, and an al fresco patio, generating 28 new jobs. A Spitfire-themed bar will offer panoramic city views. Significant restoration aims to preserve the building's historic elements, including its 18th-century staircase, with investment partners being sought.

🏨 Casetta transformed a 1931 Silver Lake church into Hotel Lucile with 25 minimalist rooms. Electric Bowery led the renovation, preserving original features while adding Erin Lynn Welsh murals. Sous Sous restaurant offers Southern French and Deep South cuisine, with dishes like rainbow trout and Green Tomato Margarita. Hotel Lucile boasts a rooftop deck with views of Silver Lake and a pool. It's ideally located near popular bars, restaurants, and landmarks in Los Angeles.

🍺 London hospitality operator Inception Group plans to open a 2,400 sq ft bar, The Admiral’s Mess, at Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, a 114-room hotel with a ballroom for 500 guests. The opening is part of a £2026 redevelopment by Reuben Brothers and Hilton. Set to launch in autumn 2026, the venue will include partnerships with chefs Clare Smyth and Daniel Boulud. Inception Group currently operates 10 locations across London.

🏟 Jihlava, Czech Republic, has unveiled the Jihlava Municipal Arena, a project by CHYBÍK + KRIŠTOF, costing 80 million EUR. The arena, nicknamed "The Hedgehog" due to its spiky facade inspired by Gothic architecture, accommodates 5,650 spectators. Features include a 230-meter running track, 29-room hotel, and gym. Designed for public accessibility, construction spanned six years, creating a new urban landmark embracing sport and community gathering.

Fortune Favors, its cocktail bar and dining area, is set to open later in September.
