The midcentury Californian-style interior features bespoke elements, including dining tables developed over a year and lights requiring over 18 months. Chef Jordan Mayo’s menu blends French and Italian influences, with notable dishes like a house-made beef burger and ricotta gnocchi.

🏨 The Washington Inn in Santa Fe, New Mexico, opened with 27 suites two blocks from Santa Fe Plaza. Designed by local families and Architecture Alliance, it includes studios to three-bedroom accommodations, full kitchens, and amenities like a fitness center and sauna. Suites range from 321 to 2,000 sq. ft. with Made In cookware and L’Occitane toiletries.
