🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and ALAND inked a deal to launch Staybridge Suites in Australia. ALAND will build at least 15 hotels, totaling 2,000 rooms. Initial locations: Parramatta (130 rooms) and Leppington (112 rooms) in Greater Western Sydney. Managed by Signature Hotel Management Group, these are the first of a national expansion. Staybridge Suites boasts 355 hotels and 152 more planned globally. This long-term partnership aims to strengthen IHG's Australian presence in the extended-stay market.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation opened the Signature Inn Socorro in Socorro, New Mexico, on September 10, 2026. This retro-inspired hotel, featuring 95 renovated guestrooms, is part of Sonesta's upper-economy brand expansion. Socorro’s appeal includes its small-town atmosphere and proximity to the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, ideal for birdwatching, hiking, and photography. The hotel aims to offer an affordable and retro-modern lodging experience for travelers.

🏖 January 2027, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will open in Naples, Florida, joining the Signia Hilton portfolio as the first on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The resort offers 474 rooms, including 50 villas, and is undergoing major renovations managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. Amenities include a luxury spa, pools, tennis courts, and gathering spaces. It becomes Signia Hilton’s third property in Florida, alongside Orlando and Diplomat Beach Resort. Reservations are open for January 1, 2027.

🏨 In September 2025, Numa Group signed a conversion deal for a 29-room property in Fitzrovia, London, formerly a convent. Named Native by Numa Fitzrovia, it features double rooms, studios, and apartments. This opening, scheduled for next month, expands Numa's UK portfolio. The site operates with a digital model allowing self-check-in and contactless access. Philip Lassman became managing director for UK and Ireland in February 2026, following Olivia Immesi's leadership in Native's integration.

📫 Montcalm Royal London House in Finsbury Square, a former Royal Mail HQ, joined Marriott's Autograph Collection in 2026. The hotel features 253 refurbished rooms, including new Terrace Suites with private terraces. Over 900 artworks by 30 artists are displayed, with a rotating gallery starting 1 October 2026. Partnering with London Writers’ Salon, the hotel offers literary events from October, emphasizing its postal history through unique guest experiences.

🏨 Elysium Collection, led by CEO James Houlston, will open its first property, a 56-bedroom hotel in St Mawes, Cornwall, in early 2027. The renovated 1904 building will include six family rooms, a spa, a café, and a dining venue headed by chef Stéphane Delourme. Future expansions are planned for Surrey and the Lake District. Guests are invited to relax and enjoy activities like dining, coastal exploration, and unwinding by the water.

🏨 Hilton is expanding in Ireland with the DoubleTree by Hilton Ashbourne, set to open in early 2027 with 156 rooms after refurbishment. This follows the recent debut of Home2 Suites by Hilton Dublin City Centre with 290 suites. The expansion includes over 150 new jobs, bringing nearly 1,000 Hilton employees in Ireland. Additionally, Cork City Centre, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will open in 2027 with 103 rooms. Hilton's growth also reaches Northern Ireland with new projects.

📍 Radisson Hotel Group opens the Hoje Taastrup Hotel Copenhagen West in Høje-Taastrup City, marking Radisson Individuals' debut in Denmark. The hotel features 165 rooms averaging 24 sqm and 724 sqm of event space, accommodating up to 460 attendees. It's a 5-minute walk from the City2 Shopping Centre and 18 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. Ideal for business and leisure, it's well-connected to local attractions and Copenhagen Airport (23.7 km away).

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group opened Hoje Taastrup Hotel Copenhagen West in Høje-Taastrup City, Denmark, marking the Radisson Individuals brand's debut. The hotel offers 165 rooms averaging 24 sqm, with Family Rooms sized at 35 sqm. It's a 5-minute walk to City2 Shopping Centre and an 18-minute train ride to Copenhagen Central Station. Event facilities span 724 sqm, accommodating up to 460 attendees. Copenhagen Airport is 23.7 km away, ensuring easy access for travelers.

🏨 Broadwick Soho, a 57-room hotel in London’s West End, joined SLH's Finest Collection in November 2023. Located at 20 Broadwick Street, it features interiors by Martin Brudnizki, inspired by owner Noel Hayden’s family hotel memories. The hotel showcases over 300 original artworks with names like Andy Warhol and Francis Bacon. During Frieze London (15-18 October 2026), it will host an artist residency with Rita Alaoui. Past performances include Sister Sledge and Sheryl Crow.
