Starring Huang Xiyan and Wu Ruichen, it features agents Ah-Fan and Xiao Song across three cities. 🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation inaugurated Sonesta Essential Hotels Longview, a 50-room property in Longview, East Texas, in the second half of 2025. This is the third Sonesta Essential hotel with the same owner, aligning with Sonesta's strategy to expand select service properties in secondary and tertiary markets.

The hotel features 157 rooms and suites, with design by Will Meyer and Gray Davis. Rates start at £423. Guests can visit nearby San Pantaleo for art and gelato, or enjoy local wine at Surrau Winery. Dining options include Tanit restaurant with dishes like sea bass and a strong cocktail menu.

🔭 In Saudi Arabia's AlUla region, 1,100 km west of Riyadh, AlUla Manara is an emerging astrotourism destination. Covering 22,561 km², it features ancient heritage sites like Hegra. Designed by Heatherwick Studio, this observatory embraces its Dark Sky Park status, enhancing stargazing under minimal lighting. Facilities include galleries, a planetarium, and a restaurant. Part of Saudi Vision 2030, it aims to boost tourism with an immersive cosmic experience; however, start and completion dates remain unspecified.

🌴 Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca is now open, marking the third Mandarin Oriental in Spain. Located in Calvià near Puerto Portals, the resort features 131 rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy private yacht transfers, golf, cycling, and tennis. The dining program highlights diverse chef identities, while the spa blends Mediterranean and Oriental influences. 🛑 Bohopo's European expansion continues with two new hotels: Casa Laveni in Milan and Mila Porto in Porto. As of now, Bohopo operates eight hotels out of an 11-asset portfolio across five markets: Athens, Brussels, Milan, Porto, and Paris. The Milan hotel features 30 luxury rooms, while the Porto property offers 29 rooms. Bohopo aims to consolidate the fragmented European hotel market, where 80% of assets remain privately owned, capitalizing on investor interest in value-add strategies.

🏨 Vision Hospitality Group is set to open Chattanooga's first AC Hotel by Marriott with 148 rooms in Spring 2028. Partnering with Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the hotel's ground floor will host O-Ku, a popular Japanese restaurant. Mitch Patel, CEO of Vision Hospitality, highlights the AC Hotels brand's modern design appeal.
