Built by Westport Hospitality, the hotel features a fitness center, indoor pool, and activities like sailing packages and sunset toasts.

🏨 Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has added the 168-room Avatar Hotel Santa Clara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, to its portfolio. Located in Silicon Valley, this hotel is near San Jose Mineta International Airport, Levi’s Stadium, and California’s Great America theme park. The hotel includes amenities such as complimentary WiFi, a pool, a fitness center, and dining options like Goldie's Diner and Starbucks. Meeting spaces accommodate up to 85 guests indoors and 150 outdoors.

🏨 Danubius Hotels Zrt. is expanding through a franchise with Radisson Hotel Group, introducing the Radisson Individuals brand to Hungary. By late summer 2026, the 126-room Hotel Erzsébet will be rebranded as Hotel Erzsébet City Center Budapest. This addition brings Danubius's portfolio to 16 hotels across five brands. Danubius is a major player in Hungarian hospitality, operating Hilton Budapest and Radisson Blu Béke Hotel, among others, under CP Holdings Ltd.
