Aspire serves 6.4 million guests yearly, with 1.2 million in the UK & Ireland by 2025. Swissport operates 93 lounges globally as of 2025, with a network expanding to 106 by 2026, including new locations like Stockholm and Geneva.

🏖 Paradise Valley, Arizona—Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa announced independent ownership and plans for a multi-million-dollar renovation. Starting in Summer 2027, all 110 accommodations will be updated, with completion by September 2027. Culinary and spa enhancements will follow in 2028. The resort spans 53 acres and features an infinity pool overlooking Camelback Mountain, a spa, and various wellness and culinary programs. Renovation design by Hart+Howerton, specializing in resort and hospitality projects.

🏠 Peachtree Group and Merritt Development Group have initiated a 480-room dual-branded hotel construction in downtown Austin, Texas, at Fifth and Lavaca streets, expected to open in early 2029. The 30-story project features Embassy Suites and Tempo by Hilton, with amenities like a rooftop bar and fitness center. Austin's five-county region, housing 2.6 million people, could grow to 3.23 million by 2035. Key developments nearby include a $1.6 billion Austin Convention Center expansion.

🏖 Ennismore and Central Group Capital will launch Rixos Water World Phuket in Thailand in early 2028. Located in Mai Khao, Thalang District, the resort will have over 600 guestrooms and villas, five dining venues, and an integrated waterpark. Facilities include a Kids Club, Teens Club, Exclusive Sports Club, and a large banqueting and MICE facility. This expansion continues Rixos’ growth in Asia, with more than 70 all-inclusive resorts globally.

🏨 Peachtree Group has commenced construction on a 480-room dual-branded hotel in downtown Austin, Texas. The 30-story development, featuring Embassy Suites and Tempo by Hilton, is set to open in early 2029. Situated near key attractions like the Texas State Capitol and the University of Texas, the hotel will include a two-story restaurant, rooftop bar, and fitness center. Co-developed with Merritt Development Group, the project reflects confidence in Austin’s growth as a major destination.

🏨 Field & Stream Lodge Co., backed by Starwood Capital Group and AJ Capital Partners, plans to add lodges in Bend, Oregon, and Big Bear, California, by 2028. They acquired a 151-room former Shilo Inn and a 148-room former Holiday Inn resort. The first location opened in Bozeman, Montana, in May 2025. The $260 million expansion is funded by F&S Hotel Fund 1, with New Zealand's sovereign wealth fund as the largest partner.

🏨 Hilton and AG Hotels Group have signed an agreement to open 10 Spark by Hilton hotels in England and Wales, adding 672 rooms by 2028. Locations include Coventry, Doncaster, Hull, Peterborough, Sunderland, Derby, Runcorn, Wakefield, Washington, and Cardiff—marking the brand's debut in Wales. A separate deal introduces Scotland’s first Spark by Hilton in Dunfermline with 53 rooms, set for 2026. Spark, launched in 2023, now boasts over 275 hotels worldwide.

🏨 Hilton's Tapestry Collection is set to debut in London in early 2028 with a 153-room property at 8–18 London Bridge Street, following a £12 million transformation. The London Bridge Hotel will feature redesigned spaces and multiple dining outlets. This marks the ninth Hilton brand in London, amidst the Collection’s expansion in the UK and Ireland, including new openings in Plymouth and Cork in 2027.
