🏨 Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) partners with China Xiong’an Group Public Service Management Company to open Cordis Hotels & Resorts and Ying’nFlo in Xiong’an New Area, China. Scheduled for Q2 2028, the complex will cover 23,700 sqm, with Cordis occupying 16,000 sqm and 180 rooms, and Ying’nFlo 7,700 sqm and 120 rooms. This dual-brand approach enhances LHG's presence in northern China, aligning with Xiong’an’s growth as a "City of the Future".

🏨 Crestline Hotels & Resorts completed a renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott Carolina Beach Oceanfront in July 2026. Located in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, the hotel now features a redesigned front desk and lobby area with 32-inch TVs in booth seating. All 144 guestrooms received new furniture, lighting, and upgraded bathrooms. The 5,000-square-foot event space and fitness center were also revamped. The Bistro restaurant was updated, offering meals and Starbucks coffee, while The Crate snack station operates 24/7.

🏝️ Six Senses AMAALA opened in July 2026 in Saudi Arabia, marking its second property in the country after Six Senses Southern Dunes in 2023. Located within the 1,600 square-mile AMAALA wellness destination on the Red Sea coast, it features 100 suites and villas, plus 25 branded residences. This resort blends traditional Saudi coastal architecture with modern hospitality, offering guests a deeply immersive experience in a setting of beaches, lagoons, and desert cliffs.

📍 Planters Inn, a 182-year-old hotel located in Charleston’s Historic District, announced a renovation project to be completed by January 2027. The updates will encompass guestrooms, suites, public spaces, and the Peninsula Grill. The hotel will retain its Southern hospitality and Lowcountry cuisine. The Peninsula Grill, led by Executive Chef John Ondo, will start its refresh in late August, focusing on seasonal dishes. Renovations will occur in two phases.

🏝️ Wilderness Reserve, a 6,000-acre estate in Suffolk's Yox Valley, joins Relais and Châteaux. The estate includes 28 houses and cottages across Sibton Park, Chapel Barn, and Blyth Estate. Individual rooms are now bookable at Sibton Manor. COO Francisco Macedo highlights the estate's commitment to privacy and authentic nature experiences. This partnership marks a significant milestone, reflecting years of investment, and sets a responsibility for continued excellence in hospitality.

🏨 The Shepherd Mayfair, a luxury boutique hotel, opens on 1 September 2026 in London's West End. The site, originally Mayfair’s oldest house from 1618, was acquired by Bain Capital and Orka Investments in 2021. Planning permission was secured in 2023. The hotel features 82 rooms, a 62-cover restaurant, a 46-cover café with terrace, and Teddy’s cocktail bar. Hamilton Pyramid Europe will manage the property as part of the Elegant Hotel Collection.

🏨 Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane unveils 14 new suites, designed by Interiors with Art, featuring sycamore panelling and Murano glass. The Presidential Suite on the fifth floor includes three bedrooms and marble bathrooms, while the Park Suite offers a fireplace and optional connection to a Mayfair Suite. The Deluxe and Garden Suites provide city views and a private garden terrace, respectively. Guests enjoy butler service, Bentley drop-offs, and cultural perks.

🏨 Hilton and Reuben Brothers will transform a Miami Beach hotel into the Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach by Winter 2027. Located at 2201 Collins Avenue, the hotel will feature 348 suites with ocean views, a new lobby, and an enhanced 48,000-square-foot pool deck. This renovation aims to celebrate Miami Beach's character and enrich the local economy. Designed by Avenue Interior Design, the hotel will also include enhanced dining, wellness, and event spaces.

📍 Windsor Aughtry announces the completion of a $2.6 million renovation at Hampton by Hilton Roanoke Downtown, Virginia, covering every guestroom and public space. The project involved Lionberger Construction and AK Design Group, with ongoing management by Hospitality America. The grand opening event included Roanoke Chamber leadership and Mayor Joe Cobb. Windsor Aughtry, based in Greenville, S.C., has over 30 years of experience, with projects across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

📌 Amsa Hospitality and Artal Hotels signed management agreements for three hotels in Riyadh. The hotels, located in Al Muhammadiyah, Al Sahafa, and Al Nafel districts, will be part of Hyatt’s brand by 2026. The properties will offer a total of 300 rooms, suites, and various amenities. Amsa, founded in 2020, aims to integrate Arabian traditions into modern hospitality, as Saudi Arabia's hotel sector gains international interest.
