Built in 2021, this six-story hotel features 1,822 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a business center. Situated near Interstate 10, it offers access to the University of West Florida and other key locations. Pensacola International Airport is a 21-minute drive away. The hotel provides amenities like complimentary WiFi and digital key access.

🏨 Remington Hospitality has added the 358-room Hyatt Regency Long Island to its portfolio in Dallas, Texas, enhancing its operations with facilities such as a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Located near business parks and attractions like Wind Watch Golf & Country Club, the hotel offers strategic access to Long Island MacArthur Airport and local wineries.

🏨 Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, completed a major renovation of all 500 guestrooms across 13 floors. This four-year project, led by Baskervill, is the largest update since the hotel's opening. The redesign incorporates Minnesota's waterways with themes like Silver Bay and Shoreline, featuring local materials and themes. Spaces are named after local lakes, and regional foods are featured at the on-site FireLake Grill. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Mall of America and Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport.

🏨 BWH Hotels opened Aiden Kansas City Downtown in the historic Mutual Building in Kansas City, transforming it into a modern 84-room hotel while preserving its architectural character. Located near the Power & Light District and Kansas City Convention Center, it features transit-inspired lighting, distressed leather furnishings, and an original bank vault. The property includes Bistro on Oak and a fitness facility. This adaptive reuse project revives downtown, attracting visitors and creating jobs.

🏨 BoTree in Marylebone, London, has introduced two new suites: the 86.5 sqm Harley Suite and the 115 sqm Terrace Suite. The Harley Suite features a private balcony and can accommodate up to 10 guests, while the Terrace Suite includes a private terrace and dining for six. Both suites can connect to form a three-bedroom configuration. Guests enjoy complimentary butler service and access to wellness facilities, a restaurant, and a nightlife venue. The hotel also enhances in-room wellness with healthier snacks and tech rentals.

🏨 Sopwell House in Hertfordshire has unveiled 16 refurbished Mews Suites, redesigned by Sparcstudio. These suites feature a neutral color palette with blue and terracotta accents and eco-friendly materials, like recycled PET yarn rugs. Select units include private terraces and hot tubs. In May 2024, AB Hotels invested £1 million in launching Corner Suites. In March 2025, Sopwell House reopened The Brasserie with a new menu. By February 2026, the hotel received EarthCheck's Silver Benchmark for sustainability.

🏨 Completed in 1908, Nara Prison in Japan, designed by Keijiro Yamashita, now houses Hoshinoya Nara Prison Hotel and Nara Prison Museum. The hotel, transformed by Rie Azuma and Hiroki Hasegawa, opened after its closure in 2017. It offers 48 suites, including 11-cell deluxe ones, and unique dining experiences. 🏖 Canopy Deer Valley, Utah's first Canopy hotel, opened at Deer Valley Resort’s East Village, developed by Extell Development Company. The 180-room hotel, part of the Hilton portfolio, features interiors by DLR Group | BraytonHughes, inspired by local mining history and natural landscapes. Culinary offerings, led by Chef Scott Rackliff, include four dining concepts: Tavolona, Fornetto, Mountain Provisions, and Alpine Attic. Access to the Jordanelle Express Gondola enhances the guest experience.

🏝️ Naples Grande Beach Resort, with 474 rooms including 50 villas, will join Signia by Hilton in January 2027. Located on Florida's Gulf Coast, it's undergoing its most significant renovation in nearly 40 years. This transformation adds redesigned rooms, new dining options, and wellness facilities. It will be the brand's third property in Florida. Guests booking three-night stays from January 15 to July 15, 2027, will earn 5,000 Hilton Honors Points.
