🏨 PM Hotel Group has begun managing The Quoin Hotel & Restaurant, a 24-room luxury boutique hotel located in a historic 1885 brownstone in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. 🍹 In Singapore, Bar Kap has revitalized the historic Tan Yeok Nee mansion, built in 1885 on Penang Road. The venue includes a cocktail bar, restaurant, and exhibition space. Its menu features six cocktails reflecting the building's history, such as the baijiu-infused Pepper Peddler and the clay-aged Dynamo. 🏠 FORT WORTH, Texas—Delightful Development Co. and Woodbine Development Co. are set to invest $160M in a luxury resort at Fort Worth Stockyards, spanning over 1,000 feet of Marine Creek frontage. Groundbreaking is planned for Fall 2027, with an opening in Spring 2030. The 3-acre site will house 225 rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of greenspace, 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and retail shops. 🏖 SAN SONNEA, the new Italian luxury hospitality collection by the Hinteregger family, debuts three destinations across Northern Italy: SAN SONNEA Family Dolomites, SAN SONNEA Lodge Dolomites, and Borgo SAN SONNEA Lake Garda.
