🏨 The Washington Inn in Santa Fe, New Mexico, opened with 27 suites two blocks from Santa Fe Plaza. Designed by local families and Architecture Alliance, it includes studios to three-bedroom accommodations, full kitchens, and amenities like a fitness center and sauna. Suites range from 321 to 2,000 sq. ft. with Made In cookware and L’Occitane toiletries. Local artist Lee MacLeod created a custom oil painting for the lobby, enhancing the Southwestern-inspired design.

🏦 Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Atlantic City, announced a $107 million renovation for Borgata Tower, starting September 13. The project includes guestroom updates by Avenue Interior Design, featuring modern Italian-inspired aesthetics. Renovations will be floor-by-floor, starting October 2026. Updates include upholstered headboards and custom woodwork, with redesigned corridors and lobbies. The transformation aims to enhance guest experiences while maintaining Borgata’s sophisticated style, continuing into 2027.

🍴 Brook & Green will open at 142 Chiswick High Road, West London, by end of September 2026. The restaurant offers 89 covers across areas: 49 on the ground floor, 14 on the terrace, and 26 in the wine room. Meals are served all day, with breakfast from 8am to 11:30am on weekdays. The launch introduces 18-19 new jobs. The redesign by B3 Designers and Savvy IQ emphasizes a craft-led identity and ingredient-focused menu.

🏨 Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule, part of Radisson Individuals, features 43 rooms by La Baule Beach, France. Located on Boulevard Hennecart, it offers ocean-inspired accommodation and wellness amenities, including a 140-square-meter wellness area with a pool, sauna, and treatment rooms. Dining is available at Madame A., an ocean-facing café. Nearby attractions include Guérande and Saint-Nazaire. The hotel targets both travelers and local gatherings, enhancing Radisson’s French presence.

🏨 Elmira Amdiy, former Barclays Capital director, is expanding her hospitality ventures with a new hotel, Hotel Les Chardons, and a seven-bedroom art villa on the French Riviera. The villa, designed with artist Grishi Giano, will open in 2026, featuring its own swimming pool. Amdiy's Wild Group, valued over £20m, includes seven London restaurants. 🏨 Hilton London Metropole, located on Edgware Road near Paddington Station, is undergoing a multi-million-pound refurbishment of its West Wing, set for completion in November 2026. The project will create 363 rooms, including the Four Queen Bed Family Connecting Room for up to eight guests. Five of these configurations will be available. 🍴 This October, Careys Manor Hotel in the New Forest will unveil Kasi, a new 4,349 sq ft Indian restaurant, seating 85 guests, with outdoor terrace options. Helmed by Chef Jolly (Surjan Singh) of London fame, the menu offers a la carte, thali, and tasting menus, spotlighting local ingredients. Key dishes include Hampshire lamb parantha and roasted Wessex pork belly. The restaurant seeks to merge Indian culinary heritage with local produce, enhancing the New Forest's status as a food destination.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group opened the Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel on 7 September 2026 at Manchester’s Etihad Campus, part of a £300m development. The hotel features 401 rooms, including “pitch view” rooms and a penthouse, with dining options like Three Rivers Brasserie and Bar. It offers access to over 30 event spaces, a fitness suite, and partners with Manchester City FC. Positioned by the Etihad Stadium, it's a hub for leisure and business.

🏨 The UK's first JdV by Hyatt hotel will open in Witney, 15 miles west of Oxford, by the end of 2026. The 130-room Oxford Witney Hotel will undergo extensive refurbishment. Managed by InnPractice, launched in 2025, the hotel will include a restaurant, bar, and event spaces for up to 90 guests. Design will reflect Witney’s wool industry and Arts and Crafts movement. The project marks JdV by Hyatt's UK debut.
