🏨 Salamander Collection expands in Charleston, S.C., acquiring The Inn at Middleton Place with Bennett Hospitality, marking their second partnership in the city. The 55-room hotel, known for its modernist design, opened in 1987 and is adjacent to the historic 110-acre Middleton Place. Over 100,000 visitors explore its educational programs annually. The partnership aims to ensure the site's cultural legacy and sustainability, integrating hospitality with historic preservation and stewardship.

🍖 May 12, 2025, Dallas: Ten50 BBQ launched its second restaurant in the Devonshire neighborhood, downsizing from its original 13,000 to 3,300 sq ft.
