🏨 Sage Hospitality Group is partnering with CL Hotels, adding three properties: Hotel La Jolla (110 rooms) in San Diego, The Coachman Hotel (104 rooms) in Lake Tahoe, and Circa 39 Hotel (97 rooms) in Miami Beach. This strategic expansion, announced in 2025, enhances Sage’s presence in California and Florida. Hotel La Jolla underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2024. Sage will manage operations and dining at select properties, aligning with their focus on lifestyle hotels in popular destinations.

🏨 Hilton plans to open the Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago by 2028, marking the Tapestry Collection's debut in Roxborough, Tobago. The 21-acre beachfront site will feature 40 guestrooms and 126 branded residences. Amenities will include three pools, a spa, a fitness center, and 400 square feet of meeting space. Located near ANR Robinson International Airport, the resort will provide easy access to Argyle Falls and Speyside. Hilton aims to nearly double its Caribbean portfolio, with three additional projects in Trinidad and Tobago.

🏨 Kennewick, Washington—A-1 Hospitality Group announces the groundbreaking of a 163-room AC Hotels by Marriott at Three Rivers Convention Center. Managed by A-1 Hospitality Group, the hotel features an indoor pool, fitness center, rooftop restaurant and bar, and six meeting rooms totaling 12,000 square feet, accommodating up to 450 people. The AC Lounge offers cocktails and local craft beers, while the AC Kitchen serves breakfast daily with imported French croissants.

🏨 Everhome Suites, under Choice Hotels International, is expanding rapidly. As of April 2025, they have opened six new properties in Texas and Arizona, with three more in Oregon and Ohio under development. By year-end, 25 hotels are expected. Recent openings include Bastrop, Waco, Brownsville, and El Paso, each with over 114 rooms. Future locations include Amarillo, Yuma, and Georgetown. Everhome Suites offers extended-stay amenities, targeting travelers connected to universities, healthcare, and major employers.

🏨 PM Hotel Group will open Hotel Burg, a luxury boutique hotel, in August 2025 in Virginia's wine and hunt country. The 39-room hotel, inspired by Ralph Lauren's aesthetic, highlights Loudoun County's heritage. It features The Huntōn, led by Michelin-starred chef Vincent Badiee. Hotel Burg includes The Diana Lounge, a rooftop bar, and The Chase, a private club. The Manor 1858, a 22-acre event venue, complements the offering. This addition expands PM Hotel Group’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio.

📍 Chef Merlin Labron-Johnson's Michelin-starred Osip, located near Bruton, Somerset, will open four guest rooms above the restaurant on June 10, 2025. The rooms, designed by Johnny Smith, reflect local heritage and materials, with prices starting at £240 per night. Osip was awarded a Michelin Green star in 2023, emphasizing sustainability. Guests receive farm-to-table meals, welcome refreshments, and local transfers. Osip relocated in 2024 to enhance its local sourcing, including its two farms.

🏖️ The Montenotte in Cork partners with Elemental Herbology, marking the first spa in Cork to feature this brand. The Bellevue Spa introduces a menu based on The Five Element Theory, offering bespoke treatments like the Five Element Aroma Facial and Rose Hydrator Body Wrap. Room rates start at €245, including breakfast and amenities. The Woodland Suite Experience begins at €610, featuring exclusive perks. Spa treatment rates start from €135.

🍽 Nerolab, an Italian dining group, opened its first U.S. flagship restaurant in Trump Tower, Wall Street, New York City, in May 2025. Founded by Alfredo and Carlo Polizzi, the 21,500-square-foot restaurant is led by chef Matteo Anselmi, seats 350 guests, and embraces Roman cuisine. This location is the largest of their seven, and the group plans to open ten more U.S. locations by 2025. The menu adapts to local tastes while maintaining Italian authenticity.

🏨 Accor expands in Greek luxury hospitality with Athens Capital Suites – MGallery Collection, adding 19 suites and a presidential suite, totaling 177 rooms, near Syntagma Square, Athens. This marks the first standalone MGallery Suites globally. A new MGallery hotel in Chania, Crete, with 201 rooms is planned for 2026, alongside the Elatos Resort return. Accor’s focus is on cultural integration and immersive guest experiences, enhancing Greece’s role in its European luxury expansion strategy.
