🏨 Chicago, Illinois—The Talbott Hotel completed a full-scale renovation and joined Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. The transformation included all 178 guestrooms, public spaces, and event areas, featuring local art and modern design. LAUREL, the new restaurant, opened in May 2024, offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The Gallery Room hosts daily social events, while the former meeting room became a fitness center. Renovation partners included Studio 11 Design and local illustrator Nicole Cicak.

🏠 Caudwell collaborates with Hôtel Belles Rives to offer concierge services at Le Provençal, a former 1920s hotel in Juan-les-Pins, set for 2025 completion. The development includes 41 luxury residences, with prices between €4.5 million and €15 million (£3.85 million to £12.85 million). Services feature valet parking, spa bookings, and private beach access. Facilities include landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, and a health spa.

🍺 JR & Son, at 575 Lorimer Street in Brooklyn, re-opened on May 2 under new ownership by Michelle Lobo and designer Nico Arze. It features Patricia Vega's Italian-American menu and Amanda Perdomo’s desserts. The 50-seat bar retains historic elements and stays open until 1 a.m., catering to late-night diners. The menu offers dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, rib-eye steak, and seafood platters, complemented by amari-focused cocktails. It's part of a growing Williamsburg late-night dining scene.

🍸 Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, located on Giudecca Island, unveils its revamped Skyline Rooftop Bar with a new décor and a "Skies of Venice" cocktail menu. Under Bar Manager Valentina Mircea, the bar, noted as Venice's highest, offers an interactive experience aided by QR codes. The hotel, a restored flour mill, features 379 rooms and suites, with nightly rates from €240. Recent upgrades include 24 new suites by Biagio Forino, launched in April 2024.

🏨 Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. has started construction on a dual-branded Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton in Lookout Valley, Chattanooga, Tennessee, with a fall 2026 opening. The hotel, part of a new 10-acre mixed-use development, will feature 150 rooms and offer amenities like a resort-style pool, bar, and fitness center. Positioned near Interstate 24, it aims to serve diverse travelers near downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

📅 Tristar GmbH will manage Tribe Hotel in Rostock's Skydeck, starting Q1 2025. The Skydeck, at 80 meters, will have 17 stories with 157 rooms, a Skybar, and mixed-use facilities. The Kesselborn Quarter, spanning three hectares near Rostock Central Station, aims for completion by 2028 with five buildings. It will include residential, retail, and hospitality spaces, plus a parking garage with 649 spaces. Tribe, founded in 2017, emphasizes design and affordability.

🎰 Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City unveiled a renovated 25,000 sq. ft. gaming floor featuring 51 tables, 5 private salons, and a high-limit area with a private bar offering rare liquors like Shibui 23. An Asian gaming space was introduced alongside Noodles, a Pan-Asian dining venue. Multilingual hosts and amenities like electronic credit and wireless charging enhance guest experiences.
