🛑 MGallery Collection opened its first Albanian hotel, Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection, in July 2025. Located on the Albanian Riviera, the 131-room resort is one hour from the upcoming Vlora International Airport. The hotel features Illyrian, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman design elements and offers vineyard tours, cooking classes, and wellness activities. Dining includes Mosaic restaurant's local cuisine and the Mente bar's cocktails. The hotel supports UN Women and offers event spaces with Ionian coast views.

🏨 Minor Hotels, based in Bangkok, launched four new brands in 2025: The Wolseley Hotels, Minor Reserve Collection, Colbert Collection, and iStay Hotels. These brands target luxury to select segments, joining existing brands like Anantara and NH Hotels. CEO Ian Di Tullio aims for 850 properties by 2027. Minor was founded by William Heinecke in 1978 and acquired NH Hotel Group in 2018. Currently, they operate over 560 hotels in 57 countries.

🏨 Marriott International and Ventive Hospitality plan to open seven hotels with 1,548 rooms across five brands by 2030. Locations include India and Sri Lanka, featuring a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Pottuvil with 73 villas and luxury amenities. The JW Marriott Navi Mumbai will offer 450 rooms, situated 10 km from the new airport. Varanasi Marriott Hotel will have 161 rooms, located near Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport. The collaboration aims to expand luxury travel experiences and hospitality services.

🏨 Hilton reaches a milestone with over 500 hotels in Florida, doubling its presence in the past decade. With a pipeline of nearly 140 new properties, the expansion includes key lifestyle brands like Curio Collection, Tapestry Collection, Canopy, and Tempo. New openings are planned in areas such as Miami, St. Petersburg, and Daytona Beach. Hilton operates 17 brands statewide since entering Florida in 1982, driven by diverse travel demand and strategic opportunities.

🏨 EVEN Hotel Orlando International Airport opened near Orlando International Airport, located at 4315 McCoy Road. This is Florida's second EVEN Hotel opening in 2023, after the Miami – Doral Area location. Owned by Conway Wave LLC, the hotel offers a 24/7 athletic studio, in-room workouts, and a healthy dining option. Complimentary airport shuttle service is available. With this opening, EVEN Hotels now has 58 properties worldwide, with four more planned in Long Island, Troy, and Charlotte.

🏨 Hilton's Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof, with 154 rooms, marks the brand's first entry into South Africa. Situated in Cape Town's City Bowl, the hotel is a short 10-minute drive from Table Mountain. Guests can enjoy local attractions with complimentary Canopy Bikes. Ongetem, the hotel's restaurant led by chef Bertus Basson, offers flame-grilled meats and cocktails. This opening aligns with Hilton's growth in South Africa, which saw nearly 9 million visitors in 2024.

🏨 Balfour in Miami Beach reopened under Morgans Originals after a renovation by Bigtime Design Studios and Ennismore. Located on Ocean Drive, the 82-room art deco hotel features Cleo, an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, and SoFi Coffee, a café opening later this summer. Originally opened in 1940, the hotel retains its historical elements while adding modern touches. Amenities include a plunge pool, rooftop deck, and 2,000 sq. ft. of event space. Cleo offers family-style dishes and themed programming.

🏨 Hilton's Tapestry Collection debuts in Northern Ireland with The Marcus Portrush. Opening ahead of the 153rd Open Championship, July 13-20, 2025, at Royal Portrush, the £11 million renovation features 80 rooms in a restored Victorian building. The property offers an Asian fusion restaurant and a cocktail bar. Located on the North Atlantic coast, it aims to boost local tourism, creating over 40 jobs and generating £1.1 million in visitor spending. Nearby attractions include the Giant’s Causeway.
