🏨 The Villages, Florida—Hotel Eastport opens in Eastport Town Center, featuring a 91,752 sq. ft. space with 120 guestrooms and a 3,000 sq. ft. ballroom. Designed with mid-century modern aesthetics, it includes an ice cream shop, restaurant, two bars, a pool, and a fitness center. The hotel achieved a 30% energy reduction using sustainable materials. Views of Central Lake connect guests to Florida's environment. Partners included Ignyte, Michael Pape, and others.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced that The Georgian, an oceanfront hotel on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, California, has joined The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The Georgian, opened in 1933, underwent a restoration in 2023. It offers 84 guestrooms, including 28 suites, many with Pacific views. The hotel features art deco details, a restaurant focusing on Californian produce, and Gallery 33, which hosts local art year-round, including works by Sharon Stone and Billy Zane.

📈 Concord Hospitality, in 2026, expanded its management portfolio with key openings and partnerships. The Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic opened in Jacksonville, Florida. Management of South Shore Harbour Resort, Texas’s largest waterside resort with 237 rooms and over 25,000 sq. ft. of event space, was assumed. The Opus Collection added three properties, including The Waymark in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a 148-room hotel, and The Union Hotel in Flemington, New Jersey, reimagined as part of a larger development.
