🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts celebrates 100 voco hotels open within seven years, launched in 2018. As of 2023, voco nearly doubled its system and pipeline, with 100 hotels in 25 countries and 95 more planned. Key locations include Yangshuo, China, and Myrtle Beach, USA. voco’s success stems from a flexible design approach, low upfront costs, and IHG’s platform, supporting 145 million loyalty members, and driving swift, impactful brand growth.

🏨 Annua Signature Hotels will open Son Xotano on August 1st in Sencelles, rural Mallorca, marking their first property on the island. Set on a 12th-century estate, it offers 22 guest rooms, including 14 suites. The design includes rustic sophistication and Mediterranean restraint. Dining focuses on zero-kilometer, seasonal cuisine, and wellness highlights slow rituals of reconnection. The estate is ideal for weddings and special events, blending historic architecture with Mallorca's natural charm.

🏨 Verdi Hotels celebrates its first anniversary with expansions in Prague and Santarém, set to open later in 2025. Panorama in Prague offers 441 rooms, while Verdi Santarém has 100 rooms and five suites. Both include dining and fitness amenities. Verdi joins the Global Hotel Alliance, enhancing guest experiences with their GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program. This growth follows their North Africa expansion, with locations now in Tunisia, Hungary, Malta, Portugal, and the Czech Republic.

🏨 Accor is expanding in France with new hotel openings in iconic locations like Brittany, Corsica, and the Basque Country through its Handwritten Collection. The greet brand adds four locations in Marseille, Dijon, Limoges, and Saint-Nazaire, focusing on sustainability. TRIBE opens its fifth hotel in Paris, the TRIBE Pantin. Notable launches include Hôtel de l’Abbaye Le Tronchet near Mont-Saint-Michel and Mercure Ax-les-Thermes in the Pyrenees, embodying modern amenities and historical charm.

🏨 Wolfe’s Hotel has opened in Moab, Utah, after a multimillion-dollar renovation by PM Hotel Group and KWC Management. The adult-only property is near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It features amenities like an outdoor barrel sauna, fire pits, and a seasonally heated pool. The hotel is designed for guests 21+ and offers outdoor recreation amenities. The on-site restaurant, Esther’s, highlights regional cuisine. The hotel aims to be a luxurious sanctuary in the iconic adventure destination.

🏖 The 228-room Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City is now open in Village West near the Kansas Speedway. Developed by Sunflower Development Group, it includes 11 suites, 14,000 square feet of event space, indoor/outdoor pools, and several dining venues. Highlights include a 300-person Compass Rose Ballroom and facilities like the Fins Up! Fitness Center. Dining options feature the LandShark Bar & Grill and 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill. Executive chef Reese Strong leads the culinary team.

🏨 Hotel del Coronado, San Diego, completed a $550 million restoration of its Victorian building under Blackstone Real Estate. The project revitalized the porch, lobby, guestrooms, and event venues, introducing new dining options like Nobu Del Coronado. The renovation involved Wimberly Interiors, GSB Inc., Burton Studios, and others. The overhaul preserved historical elements while modernizing the site, creating 300 resort jobs and thousands of construction roles, enhancing venues, accommodations, and adding a new spa and fitness center.

🏖️ Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts plans to open a new resort in Abu Dhabi on a private island by 2030. The project will include 60 guestrooms, 30 villas, and 90 mansions. Features include a 1,200-square-meter villa, a 2,000-square-meter spa, restaurants, and a Yacht Club with a 40-berth marina. Eagle Hills, the project owner, partners with Bvlgari, emphasizing luxury and cultural identity. Landscape design by LAND SRL will integrate Italian and Arabian influences.

🍴 Patatino opens at The Hoxton, Edinburgh on Tuesday, July 1st, offering a modern Italian trattoria experience in Haymarket. Guests dining from July 1st to 6th receive 50% off food. The menu includes Italian dishes made with Scottish produce, like linguine with crab and Amalfi lemon, and pizzas with Scottish buffalo mozzarella. Design features include a Baroque-style fountain and vibrant decor. Patatino offers an all-Italian wine list and creative cocktails with Italian influences.
