The project, supported by Atream and developed by the Trigano family, includes a 3 km seawall extension, an 800-meter "dune dike," and a green loop. Cyril Lignac will manage a rooftop restaurant. 🍴 Pedrali transforms Milan's 13th floor Uptown Palace into "Orizzonti," a panoramic restaurant offering 360° city views, including the Duomo and Velasca Tower. Chef Luca Pedata leads the kitchen, blending Mediterranean traditions with contemporary techniques. Pedata, born in 1989, is supported by sous-chef Giuseppe Robustella.
