TRIBE accelerates its expansion across Europe

Dallas-based Travis Street Hospitality has opened Frenchie, a casual all-day brasserie

🍴 In late June 2025, Stephan Courseau and Daniele Garcia of Travis Street Hospitality opened Frenchie, a 150-seat, 4,000-square-foot brasserie in Preston Center Plaza, Dallas. This marks their first venture outside the Knox-Henderson area. The menu, directed by Bruno Davaillon, features French bistro classics, while the bar serves cocktails and French wines. Frenchie plans to extend its hours for breakfast. The founders aim to open more locations in similar neighborhoods, blending French and American dining styles.

Vandelay Hospitality plans 9th Hudson House in Frisco, Texas

Emilia’s brings fresh pasta to the heart of Victoria with their 5th and biggest restaurant set to officially open on 7th August

🍝 Emilia’s Crafted Pasta is opening its 5th restaurant on 7th August on Victoria Street, near Victoria Station, Westminster. This flagship is their largest project, with 100 seats—70 indoors, 30 outdoors (opening in 2026). Founded by Andrew Macleod, who started his journey 9 years ago in East London, the restaurant offers fresh, natural pasta like Casarecce Truffled Cacio e pepe and Béchamel Bolognese. It features a bar inspired by early 20th century Italian design.
