Dining focuses on zero-kilometer, seasonal cuisine, and wellness highlights slow rituals of reconnection. The estate is ideal for weddings and special events, blending historic architecture with Mallorca's natural charm.

🏨 Verdi Hotels celebrates its first anniversary with expansions in Prague and Santarém, set to open later in 2025. Panorama in Prague offers 441 rooms, while Verdi Santarém has 100 rooms and five suites. Both include dining and fitness amenities. Verdi joins the Global Hotel Alliance, enhancing guest experiences with their GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program. This growth follows their North Africa expansion, with locations now in Tunisia, Hungary, Malta, Portugal, and the Czech Republic.

🏨 Accor is expanding in France with new hotel openings in iconic locations like Brittany, Corsica, and the Basque Country through its Handwritten Collection. The greet brand adds four locations in Marseille, Dijon, Limoges, and Saint-Nazaire, focusing on sustainability. TRIBE opens its fifth hotel in Paris, the TRIBE Pantin. Notable launches include Hôtel de l’Abbaye Le Tronchet near Mont-Saint-Michel and Mercure Ax-les-Thermes in the Pyrenees, embodying modern amenities and historical charm.

🍴 Patatino opens at The Hoxton, Edinburgh on Tuesday, July 1st, offering a modern Italian trattoria experience in Haymarket. Guests dining from July 1st to 6th receive 50% off food. The menu includes Italian dishes made with Scottish produce, like linguine with crab and Amalfi lemon, and pizzas with Scottish buffalo mozzarella. 🌴 Oil Nut Bay's Sundara Spa + Studio opens in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. The overwater wellness space, designed by Jenn Zella and Carlos Agelet De Saracibar, is open to the public and features 360-degree ocean views, a hospitality bar, a boutique, and two treatment rooms. It offers yoga, Pilates, and more. Located on a 400-acre resort with villas and a beach club, Sundara uses VOYA organic seaweed skincare products for treatments.

🏨 Loftstyle Hotel Gerlingen, near Stuttgart, features 167 rooms, with 80 renovated in Loftstyle design. It offers eight meeting rooms for up to 320 guests, including one with a rooftop terrace. Amenities include a 24-hour bar, lounge, fitness center, restaurant, parking garage, and electric car charging stations. This expansion aligns with BWH Hotels' strategy to enhance its European footprint and cater to business travelers. 🏨 Starting July 1, 2025, The Edinburgh Grand will join The Luxury Collection as its first Scottish property, located on St Andrew Square. Old Town Chambers on the Royal Mile joins Marriott's Autograph Collection. The Colourist opens in 2027 under the Tribute Portfolio at Princes Street. As part of Wyndham's regional expansion, new openings include five resorts in Spain, a Greek residence, and hotels in Barcelona and Malta, reinforcing its Southern European growth strategy.
