🏨 Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group converting Park City Peaks Hotel into Hotel Thaynes, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott Bonvoy. $21-million renovation expected to complete in October, featuring updated guestrooms, public spaces, and amenities. The 128-key property, located in Park City, Utah, will maintain Versante Hearth + Bar and provide shuttle service to nearby ski resorts and Main Street. Amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, steam room, fire pits, and BBQ area. Hotel Thaynes will join over 150 hotels in Tribute Portfolio, in nearly 30 countries, offering boutique hospitality with local culture integration. Marriott Bonvoy members can earn and redeem points at this property.

🏨 The Standard hotel brand set to open a new establishment in Brussels by May 2025, part of the ZIN redevelopment project. Occupying a refurbished tower of the former World Trade Center, the 28-floor hotel features 200 rooms and suites, a multi-purpose lobby, a botanical garden, and dining venues including Double Standard and Lila29, the latter on the 29th floor. Driven by Verena Haller's design, the hotel mixes post-war modernism with Belgian Brutalist influences and offers extended stay suites with premium services.

🏠 Capella Taipei opens April 1, marking Capella Hotel Group's debut in Taiwan. Located on Dunhua North Road, Taipei, the luxury hotel boasts 86 rooms, including eight suites and six with private pool terraces. Guests can enjoy views of Taipei 101 from a 14th-floor pool terrace, and dine at five venues, such as Ember 28 and Plume. Designed by André Fu, with services like The Living Room and Capella Curates, it embodies Taiwan’s heritage and aligns with the country’s tourism growth strategy.

🏠 stayAPT Suites partners with Destiny Partners for 5 new locations in Pennsylvania: Lancaster, Reading, York, Bethlehem, Allentown. The first to open is Lancaster with 94 rooms, construction begins Spring 2025. Targeting the mid-scale extended-stay market, stayAPT Suites offers full-size kitchens, living rooms, and separate bedrooms. The brand emphasizes operational efficiency with a low employee count, appealing to various travelers and providing home-like living with hotel convenience.
