Kimpton to open Fredericksburg hotel in 2027

🏨 Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, in partnership with DC Partners, will open a 210-room hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas, expected by 2027. It's part of a 22-acre development, The Meuse, featuring over 18,500 square feet of event space and 70,000 square feet of retail and dining areas. The hotel will include amenities like a restaurant, bar, poolside lounge, and fitness center. Merriman Anderson Architects and Curioso will lead the design, marking Kimpton's fourth Texas property.

[Update] citizenM continues its UK expansion with two new openings
