🥗 atis opens a new flagship store in Covent Garden, London, on Friday, 14th March 2025, the brand's tenth location in the city and first opening of the year. The site will offer customisable salad bowls, protein plates, and a unique Covent Garden Goddess bowl (£10) featuring kale, cabbage, and other fresh ingredients. The grand opening includes a 50% discount for the first five days. Co-Founder Eleanor Warder expresses excitement about the expansion. The store, designed by Daytrip Studio, features a modern aesthetic and will provide delivery via Deliveroo and click and collect services. Located at The Acre, 90 Long Acre, London, WC2E 9RA, it will operate seven days a week starting 14th March.

🏠 The Doxford Group in Northumberland announced the addition of eight lakeside cabins at The Tempus estate, Alnwick, set to open spring 2025. Each cabin accommodates two guests, expanding total guest capacity to 100. The cabins feature private terraces and are designed by Jeffreys Interiors. The Tempus, opened May 2023, now has 48 bedrooms and offers dining at The Orangery restaurant. This development is part of the estate's second phase, aiming to enhance guest experiences and meet increasing demand for luxury onsite accommodation.

🏖️ Fairmont Hotels & Resorts opened Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol on Spain’s southern coast, in partnership with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate and Odyssey Hotel Group. The resort, an hour from Málaga and 30 minutes from Marbella, features 311 rooms, 47 private villas with pools and terraces, and five dining venues, including a signature restaurant by two-Michelin-star Chef Benito Gómez. Amenities include an 1,800-square-meter spa, an 18-hole golf course, event spaces, and clubs for kids and teens.

🏨 Meliá Hotels International to open Meliá Venezia Lido in June 2025, adding to their 8 hotels in Italy and 6 under development. The hotel is on Lido di Venezia, 20 minutes by ferry from Piazza San Marco. The 1920s building, being renovated to fit the brand, will have 60 rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar. Operated by SoGes Group Spa with support from Meliá, the expansion highlights the brand’s growth in the Mediterranean.

🏨 easyHotel, financed by a 29.2 million euro loan from CaixaBank, expands in Spain with plans for new low-carbon hotels in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, and Alicante by 2025/2026. The new Madrid Alcalá hotel opens April 29, 2025, offering rooms from 75 €/night and amenities like four-star mattresses and electric vehicle charging. This growth strategy aims to provide budget-friendly, sustainable accommodations in strategic locations, enhancing easyHotel's presence in Spain.

💅 Jomast secured a 10-year lease with Kerry Featherstone and Sara Fern for a 1,636 sq. ft unit at Chesterfield's Elder Way, set to open in May. The development, a former Co-op, now boasts a Premier Inn, eight street level units, with Feather & Fern joining Bottle & Thyme and Hotpod Yoga. The salon will create nine jobs and occupy a remodeled corner unit on Knifesmithgate and Elder Way. Only one unit remains available in the area, with strong interest reported by WSB Property.

🏖️ Minor Hotels and Funyard Minor are developing Anantara Thousand Island Lake Resort in Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, opening October 2027. The 160-room luxury resort covers 36,000 square meters offering cultural and outdoor activities. Accommodation ranges from 62 to 340 square meters, with amenities like a fitness center, spa, and tennis court. The resort is 22 km from Qiandaohu Railway Station and 150 km from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. Minor Hotels aims to grow from 4 to 15 properties in China within three years and plans over 280 hotels globally by the end of 2027.
